THERE WAS NO HOT WATER FOR MORE THAN THREE TIMES IN THE MONTH OF JANUARY. I INFORMED THE RELIANCE COMPANY. THIRD TIME ONE TECHNICIAN FOUND THAT THE GAS VALVE HAS TO REPLACED AND THE BURNER ALSO HAS TO BE ASSEMBLED .HE ORDERED FOR A NEW ONE .TODAY ONE TECHNICIAN NAMED ANDREW CAME REPLACED THE GAS VALVE AND ASSEMBLED TH BURNER. ANDREW WAS VERY HELPFUL AND SEEMED KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THE PRODUCTS. HE MADE ME COMFORTABLE AND WAS REALLY GOOD WITH ALL INSTALLATIONS AND I DO RECOMMEND HIM AND RELIANCE TO EVEVERYONE

My water was running brown and I called Home Reliance to get it serviced. They came that same day and the technician was Awesome- very knowledgeable and helpful. Thanks Ringo!

I had a wonderful experience with Frank who answered all my questions and helped me pick a new furnace. The installation staff (Mark and Jess) were amazing, they did a wonderful job and even changed my humidifier filter. Frank and the team did a great job!

Lina Alviar was friendly and she knew her products very well. She was a great help to us. She even called the day after just to make sure that our furnace was installed and everything was fine. The installers, Paul and Kendrick were also very professional. Job well done.

I had a problem with my furnace and repairman Keith Rep#5243 came to my home and fixed the problem. Keith came to the home twice. This last time, he figured out that the thermostat was faulty and replaced it with a new one. Keith showed me how to work the thermostat. Keith was very kind, helpful, understanding. I feel the Keith went above and beyond his job. THANK YOU VERY MUCH Keith!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Jan. 18/16 - Reliance Home Comfort in Windsor - Thanks to Dan ( sales ) for the excellent information and service pre and post furnace + A/C replacement. Also thanks to Mike and Sean (techs) for delivering a top notch level of professional and prompt service.

WE WERE OUT OF HOT WATER FOR FOUR DAYS . THE FIRST TECH THAT SHOWED UP SAID WE REQUIRE A PART WHICH HE DID ORDER . THE PART SHOWED UP THE NEXT DAY ... THE SECOND CONTRACTOR SHOWED UP AND SAID HE COULDN'T GET THE ONE PART OFF AND SAID THE FIRST TECH ORDERED THE WRONG PART . FINALLY I CALLED THE RELIANCE AND SAID WHY DON'T WE JUST REPLACE THE WATER HEATER SO A THIRD TECH SHOWED UP ON SATURDAY AND REPLACED THE ENTIRE TANK . THANK GOD FOR CHRIS BELL WE WOULD APPRECAITE A REDUCTION IN OUR RENTAL SINCE WE WERE OUT FOR FIVE DAYS THANK YOU FOR YOUR TIME AND PLEASE LET US KNOW IF THERE WILL BE A REDUCTION RANDY CLIFF

My old furnace died on a Wednesday morning. Reliance repair man came and told me I needed a new furnace. My old one was 13 years old and had seized. He called the salesman who came over later that day (afternoon). He made a phone call and the next morning Tyler and Matt dropped by and installed my new furnace. They patiently answered all my questions and ran through the general maintenance and how the new type of thermostat worked. They made sure no mess was made and I am once again comfortable. Great service. Thanks guys!

I called Reliance about our hot water heater that started leaking water all over the basement floor this morning. Within 1 hour of my call there was a repair man here, and he had it completely replaced the hot water heater within 2 hours of my phone call to the company. Impressive!
