In early October of 2015, we had a furnace check done by Zach and he gave us the bad news that our furnace had a cracked heat exchanger and could no longer be used. We knew it would be coming eventually. Even though he had bad news, Zach was still a very pleasant young man. He arranged to have Zuzana Boyle come on the same day to give us the options for a new furnace. Zuzana was also very pleasant and was extremely thorough & competent in her explanations of our options. She sold us a new furnace, completed all the paperwork, and arranged for the furnace to be installed a few days later. The furnace was installed by a team of technicians with the senior member being Barry, and his assistants were Kyle and Ron. All three of these technicians were very polite and considerate and worked continuously from early in the morning until mid-afternoon. The new furnace was much smaller than our old one and I watched as Barry crafted new metal pieces to join the new furnace to the remaining parts of the older furnace so that the space was filled up and it looked as if it was designed that way. His craftsmanship was very skilled and the finished product is very attractive. All of the technicians, from Zach to Barry, Kyle, and Ron were very careful to cover their feet and the carpets so as not to leave any marks on any of our floor surfaces. Zuzana followed up with the paperwork for the Heating and Cooling Incentive Program so that we can get our rebate of $250.00, which has already been approved.
All in all, we have been very pleased with the service of all of the employees of this Reliance Home Comfort team. They were all very respectful, pleasant, and hard working and did an excellent job of replacing our old furnace with a new model that has been working very well ever since. Thank you all very much!
