    Service call for furnace

    James Laderoute attended for a service call for my furnace. Unable to find any issues but went over the entire system to ensure all was in good working order. Very satisfied with the service.

    Service

    I discovered a leak in our water heater. I called service and a service tec showed up at 8:00PM. Rep. repaired one leak but said shut off valve was seized and I would need to pay 25.00 to have it repaired, even though it is a rental unit. After a call to customer service and being on hold several times, it was confirmed I had to pay. I was never told this when I first rented in 2012. Explanation was not comforting. Service guy was great but charging me 25 was just a bit underhanded. I am a good client but don't feel that way now. Customer service didn't seem to care. Perhaps this is a good Marketplace story. I always thought I was with a good company but just the principle of having to pay 25 urks me. Please note I do not live in Burlington.

    New furnace and air-condition installation

    My furnace started not heating on Friday evening. We called Reliance Home Comfort for repair on Saturday morning. Within 2 hours the company came and identified the defect. As we knew that this furnace was very old and needed to be replaced, we decided for new furnace rather than repair. Reliance Home Comfort Sale Person Momo called in few hours and came to discuss our options. We have been given excellent information and explanations and made our decision for model. Momo arranged that installers come and his team members Amir and Adam completed the work with excellent information and explanations. Momo came to check for completeness at the end of the day. I have never seen such an amazing and brilliant work. We were extremely happy to contact Reliance Home Comfort and met with Momo. Thank you so much Momo Saadet and Steve from Toronto

    replacement of water heater, air handler and ac

    After 2 weeks with no heat , Andrew Sobata and Nenous Sada arrived to replace old equipment. They worked competently and professionally, kept their tools out of my way and were very courteous, explained all the needed information and left things neat and tidy. I was so impressed with their work ethic.

    Service to water heaters by Davis Air, Authorized Contractor, Scott

    I contacted Reliance Home Confront on the 7th of December, 2015. I had concerns about my hot water heaters (2) rented from Reliance. The customer service agent was able to send out a technician, contractor from Davis Air the same day. Scott called prior to arrival to ensure it was a convenient time for him to come into my home and assess the problem. Scott was very courteous and friendly, he was able to diagnose the problem within minutes, repaired it and this evening everything is great. Lots of hot water and the temperature as it should be. Scott was personable and wished my family a Merry Christmas. Thanks very much for great service and excellent customer service and expertise. Janis

    furnace check

    Had Phil Latour (Team Member #7546) service our furnace and he was very knowledgeable,, friendly, and efficient. Noticed our hot water tank was not as efficient . Arranged for a change immediately, Thanks, great service

    Precision Tune-up for Furnace

    The Technician was Phil Latour from Cambridge. The Technician phoned to indicate his arrival and was punctual. It was obvious from the process that the technician was very knowledgeable regarding the various aspects of the furnace requiring testing. We were very satisfied with the entire process. Would recommend Reliance to any customers requiring furnace or air conditioning service. Thank You Gwen Robson

    New Furnace, AC & water heater

    We had two great technicians Jason and Steve install our equipment. Highest rating all around! We will recommend Reliance to everyone looking to update. Thanks again for the great work.

    Hot Water Tank exploded

    Seams on rental hot water tank failed and flooded finished basement. Called insurance and had emergency clean up crew in. First repairman didn't drain tank - kept flooding - emergency rew back a second time. Second service person was very helpful in cleaning up third flood, but couldn't isolate the tank and so turned all the water off. We've not had water for 48 hours!!!! Oh yes, and our heat runs off the hot water tank so had to buy heaters.

    New furnace, AC install for a new customore

    After buying an 18 year old townhouse, I have been very busy with catching up on maintenance projects that the previous owner neglected and the furnace "repair" had been on this long list. I had Reliance and it's competitor, in the home for assessments and telling me about their programs for rentals and purchase. I chose Reliance after much consideration as their protection plan and 7 yr term made better sense. The installation of the units went very well and I was very pleased by the work of the 2 men and their ability to answer my questions. However, a hiccup came days later when a manufacturer's part started to cause problems. I was pleased with the work and knowledge of technicians, Rob and Gabriel who worked to remedy the situation. I am pleased to say all is working and I feel confident to call this company again if there were any other problems that arise with system.
