    Customer service

    They create two accounts by mistake for me and I have two bills coming every moth. 6 months later and After numerous of calls they guarantee they fixed the issue but I still get two bills. Tired of explaining the same thing again and again to customer service

    For your own sake don't rent from Reliance Home Comfort

    Furnace/AC has been broken since April, despite seven months of services calls they haven't fixed it and now refuse to repair it despite continuing to charge every single month.

    Air Conditioner Replacement

    During inspection of my old air conditioner and pricing for my new air conditioner, I was advised that all of the old equipment needed to be replaced due to the potential for contamination of the new AC system. After a price was agreed, Reliance decided to leave the old refrigerant line set in place, thereby exposing my new AC compressor to potential contamination. When I tried to have this concern addressed by the salesman, there was no response.

    AC Purchase and Installation

    Yesterday, our AC failed. My husband called Alliance and within 6 hours, a representative (Lance) came to our home and gave us a quote for a replacement. We decided to go ahead and purchase a new AC unit. Less than 24 hours after the initial phone call, a technician (Mark) arrived at our home and installed the new unit for us. This all happened during the Labour Day holiday weekend! We are so happy with the prompt and efficient way this has been handled. Good to know that old fashioned service is still around. Thank you Lance and Mark.

    New A/C unit and Furnace installed

    I imagine like many other people, my air conditioner gave up on a typically hot summer day, and, being 19 years old, I realized it had come to the end of its life cycle. All it took was one phone call for someone to come to my house and explain my options. Amazingly, someone from Reliance Home Comfort came the very next day--superb!! After a straight-forward presentation, I made my decision and the very next day, some technicians arrived to replace the old equipment. I can appreciate that any A/C failure in the summer is an emergency but the speed and efficiency with which my situation was fixed was phenomenal. The service advisor who first visited me was very kind and forthcoming, and compassionate as I had recently suffered a stroke and was currently on medical leave to recover at home. Thank you very much to everyone involved--your service level is exceptional.

    Furnace, AC and humidifier

    We had a very good experience from sales (Anurag) To team who did installation. Everyone was truly amazing We would highly recommend your company.

    New AC

    As per my luck my AC quit during a heat wave. Reliance was there to help!! I am very impressed!! From the first consultation to the final installation, the entire process was smooth and professional. I would highly recommend Reliance! Thank you

    Air conditioner and furnace replacement and water filter system

    Big thank you to Kader and his crew for a great job. They were right on time and job completed in a very timely manner. The job site was left spotless. They were very personable and courteous. I would definitely recommend them.

    air conditioner

    called a different company first they came 4 times charged over $700 and it still was not working .Then i called Reliance they found the problem right away .Reliance did not charge me a service call but they came the next day and installed a new air conditioner very polite people very thorough in there work. And i fully recommend Reliance
