    Hot Water Tank Repair

    We had just had our hot water tank installed today and soon after noticed the smell of gas coming from the tank. We called Reliance right away and they had a technician, Mathew, out within the hour. He was able to fix the problem incredibly quick, and was such a personable and friendly guy. We're very pleased with the service!

    Home Heating

    I just want to share my appreciation with Reliance Home Comfort and their Technician Bruce M. #3158 . Bruce took the time to let me know what was needed to repair our furnace . A part was needed and he promptly ordered the part and left to retrieve the part . Quikly returning with part and installing all in less than 45 minutes from start to finish . I should also point out Bruce arrived in the time window Reliance said he would . I highly recommend Reliance and their very knowledgeable staff . Big Thanks

    Furnace repair

    Our furnace was leaking water (a small amount so not an emergency). I called Reliance Wednesday morning and had an appointment for that same afternoon (4 hour window). Phil and Reg were thorough and knowledgeable and figured out the problem quickly. Phil clearly explained the problem to me and what was needed to fix the problem. Both technicians were polite and effective and I would recommend them to anyone.

    Furnace,air conditioner,humidifier and air cleaner

    Mark and his crew worked efficiently removing all the old equipment with the scrap people picking it up on the same day. The new equipment was installed with all new vent pipes. The crew went above and beyond what was required after an old hot water tank vent pipe was removed and the hole sealed with concrete. After the installation was complete Mark went over how to change all the filters and program the new wifi thermostat to run the system. Extreamly happy with sales and installation team. Great work.

    Furnace repair

    I am now in my 8th day without heat. Sunday heat went off. Called Reliance - contractor tech came on Monday and couldn't find any problem. Heat still off Tues. Called Reliance. contractor tech came on Tues and determined the motor was in need of repair. Told me to power furnace off and he would order the part. He came back on Wed with new motor and starter. Installed them but furnace still not working so he UNINSTALLED the new parts and called his boss and then called in to Reliance to get an in-house tech to come in to check for CO as his measuring tool was not working. In house tech came in on Thurs. determined it was a problem with the MOTOR and STARTER!! He placed an order for a new one and it would be at my house on Fri and to call service when it arrived to arrange for a tech. Motor never arrived. Weekend passes. No heat. Called Monday to see where motor was. Was ordered but was shipped to the wrong address TWO TIMES!! Motor to arrive on Monday. Monday passes and no motor. Tues comes and no motor. Wed (today) my patience has passed. Called customer service who assured me the motor was on its way and would be at my house by 6pm today and I was to call to get tech in as this was high priority. guess what?? NO MOTOR arrived!!! Will someone call me and resolve this tomorrow, Thursday November 26 and tell my why I should continue with Reliance?????

    New Furnace and AC Unit

    Kelly came to our house, almost to the minute when she said she would be here, she explained the different products available and the requirement needed for our home, very professional. On the day of installation Mike and Liciano came to my front door to introduce them selves, and came in and explained what they were going to do, these guys did a top notch job, installed perfectly and cleaned everything up when they were done. After the installation was complete they took the time to explain everything to us. I would very much recommend Reliance to anyone, this was a lot of money but it does not hurt as much when you get a good product and get to deal with very good people. Dave

    gas furnace install

    We needed a new furnace. We bought one. The End.... =) Dan & Andrew were efficient and personable installers - professional and thorough - working through their lunch to ensure installation was complete by the time the gas company arrived. The furnace worked upon completion and they took the time to explain everything including any maintenance. What more could you ask for??

    Water Heater

    We are currently renting a reliance water heater. A few weeks ago we had some problems with the heater. We had no hot water throughout the house and having young children, it was very inconvenient. We called reliance and what I liked was that they were able to send us a repair man the very same day. The repair man came and we had hot water for the next 7 hours. The next day, we called Reliance again and they sent another repairman for the same day. Unfortunately that time around, the repair man was unable to fix the problem. We were without hot water once again. We called reliance for the 3rd time that week and they scheduled the 3rd repair man, Arash Setayesh. Arash was able to completely solve the issue and it's been a few weeks and we haven't had any problems with the heater. I'm writing this review to thank Arash because if it wasn't for his knowledge and expertise, we would still be boiling water from a kettle.

    furnace replacement - plus rental agreement

    It's never easy when facing issues where your furnace is not working and you have no heat. However, I could not be more pleased with the customer service I received from Reliance. From start to finish it was 10/10 for their understanding, compassion and advice as to what the best solution for our family would be. The work was completed in less time than I could have imagined by 2 very diligent-working and courteous young men. When faced with the problems of working in a century home they did not give up and we appreciate that. I would recommend Reliance to anyone looking for home heating solutions. Thank-you to Asif and Glen for making a difficult situation easier to cope with. Patti Courvoisier

    Hot Water Tank

    Air Tech came to our home on a Saturday after our hot water tank leaked all over in our basement on the Saturday night. The guy showed up on Sunday afternoon looked at the tank and told us he would put in a report and that Someone would be there to replace our tank and piping on Monday morning between 11am and 1pm. After waiting for them to show up all day, I decided to give Reliance a call to find out where their guy was. The lady on the phone told me she would look into it and someone would call me back. No one called me back. I happened to notice 2 Reliance trucks across the street at my neighbour's house. I went across the street and spoke to #2315 Brian from Reliance. He told me he would work on finding out what was going on and get back to me after he finished up at the neighbours place. Brian, did just, he came over to my house and told me that no one had filed a report and no one had any idea of my problem. #2315 was awesome, he came into the house and looked at my tank and got on the phone with Reliance and told them he was going to fix the problem for me and did not want to leave me another day without hot water. He then made another call and got #1454 Scott to bring over a tank for him to Brian and replace. Brian and Scott were so awesome, if it hadn't been for them, we would of have gone without water for who knows how many more days. If I had not gone across the street to talk to Brian, I would of never got service that day because one ever did call me back. I'm not sure what happened with Air Tech that day, but someone sure didn't do their job right! A big thank you to Brian and Scott!! Very nice guys and very informative and polite.
