    hot water heater

    Had very good service from Brian. RLB2315. Found the problem right away. Was very courteous and made sure the problem was fixed in a timely manner. Thank you very much

    new furnance central air water heater

    I live in a rental townhouse unit so I did not pay for the furnace etc. The workers were wonderful i.e. explained how everything works, cleaned up everything. The Home Comfort Advisor George was great at explaining everything before the work was even started!

    furnace purchase and install

    Old furnace not repairable- Salesman that evening, furnace next day. Reasonable cost- had most of the features within a price comparable to most other companies and brands. The great part was the installers were real pros- courteous, respectful, explained all the features and did a superlative job on the positioning of the unit and the piping alignment. Drop clothes- kept the carpeting clean, and they tidied up nicely afterwards. Oh ya- the furnace (Reliance brand) is doing what it supposed to do- very quietly and next month we'll see how efficiently! Happy-happy!

    furnace

    Had a new furnace installed on Friday Nov.13th and within hrs discovered there was water all over the floor around the unit.Thought it may have been from the evap. pump but after monitoring it for the evening determined it was coming from inside somewhere. After three days and 5 phone calls we finally managed to get someone to come examine the furnace.Turns out there's a faulty part inside and its dripping water down onto the electrical wires below and perilously close to the circuit board.Because the repairman had to order a new part we could not risk running the furnace in this condition and possibly damaging it more or worse,cause a fire. So for the next two and half days we are without heat waiting for the guy to come back with the part. I called up the sales agent and told him we were without heat and we were not happy. I asked him about the no frustration guarantee he used to sells us the furnace,which says if the furnace fails to heat our home in the first year,they will repair it free of charge AND write us a cheque for $500 for our frustration. What a joke! No one will even acknowledge our emails let alone compensate us for our trouble.Don't be fooled by their sales promises! They won't honor their guarantees.Buyer Beware!!

    Furnace

    It was a real pleasure having to deal with Andrew McMaster who was very sales knowledgeable and job conscious and the great installation crew that cared about priding themselves in maintaining a clean environment !

    New Furnace and AC

    Thanks to Reliance for a great experience! We needed a new furnace and AC and met Michael Morrison. He was great - walked us through the whole process and made some great recommendations based on our needs and what would be best. Michael was always available whenever my wife and I had questions about the purchase. Even when we requested some changes, Michael was available and worked through the process with us. He made the process so much easier. The install was great - Amir Marandi and Adam Kieffer installed the system and were great! Very friendly, very hard working and finished earlier than expected. At the end, they went over all the details of the new system. And the cleaned up everything - which was very appreciated. Michael even stopped by at the end to check everything out. Overall, a great experience. Thanks Reliance!

    fixed furnace

    Phil is a great serviceman, very friendly, informative, efficient. You knew he would do a good job. Furnace is now running great. We pay for the insurance on our furnace and this has been a good investment.

    No heat. Tankless hot water heater rented from Reliance

    After an initial problem, Reliance sent Phil, Team Member #7546 on a Friday evening. He called before he came and that was great because then I knew exactly how much longer I would have to wait. When he arrived he was friendly and funny. In the end, it turned out not to be my water/heat system at all, but the thermostat. Phil replaced it easily, thank heaven he had one in his truck. Anyway, I was very satisfied with the service I received and if I ever need Reliance again, I will specifically request they send Phil. He could see I was stressed about the situation. Thanks.

    New furnace and humidifier

    We simply loved the experience. We had 3 different companies give us quote for the furnace (including humidifier). Reliance was the best deal among them. We got the Smart Air 1500 ( build by Carrier). We loved the service as well. They were calm and very professional. Tianna Was our Home comfort adviser. She is very efficient at what she does, she explained everything from scratch and was very patience ( I was home alone with my newborn ) . I emailed her with yet another bunch of questions and she was back the very next day in person to explain them as well. We are very happy with the service and to top that we and our neighbours got a $100 cheque each through the referral program ( our neighbours suggested we should get a quote from Reliance , since they have

    HVAC service

    My furnace died on a Sunday and Matt quickly and professionally diagnosed the problem and provided the options. Parts were ordered and on Monday Greg and Dave spent several hours replacing the secondary heat exchanger. All work was well done, tested and explained in as much detail as I cared to hear. Thanks for a job well done!
