Sales Rep Darius Chichgur was prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. This made for a good initial experience. Price seemed reasonable. Now waiting on Enbridge and Link-Line to install gas service so equipment can be installed and put to use...

I was pleased with the service provided by the entire Reliance team, but especially Denis. They seemed professional in their approach, and returned my calls promptly when I had questions. Overall I would recommend Reliance to friends and family. Your prices were competitive against other providers.

I recently purchased a home which had a rental agreement plan on contract with Reliance. Once I reviewed the equipment I found the installation to be very unprofessional. The duct work was undersized causing furnace to shut down, the vent pipe was not supported properly, the insulation is falling off the air conditioning line, the gas line was leaking gas and the wiring is hanging loose across the basement. I contacted Reliance multiple times to correct the issues and we had scheduled appointments which they did not keep. The furnace recently broke down and they would not service it as they said I had an unpaid bill. I notified them I paid for the equipment on my Enbridge bill. They did not believe me and so I had to pay with visa and now contact Enbridge to get refunded the payments I have already made. I would recommend staying away from this company.

I called Reliance Home Comfort after hearing their television ads. I already had another quote and wanted a comparison. Lina was my sales rep. She was extremely knowledgeable about HVAC systems and spent a lot of time explaining the "ins and outs" specific to my particular furnace and air conditioner. She didn't rush me through anything. Charlie and his 2 assistants were great. I was called prior to their arrival the morning of my install. They were pleasant and tidy. They put in a full day and cleaned up their mess. I was very satisfied!

Bill P. the advisor who came out was very helpful and demonstrated great customer service. He took time to answer any questions I had and was very respectful and did his work confidently. I was thrilled that he called that he was on his way within the first 1/2 hour of the four-hour time block I was given, which meant I didn't have to wait for hours for the repairs to happen.

We had Reliance home comfort send in an authorized contractor John Barrer come in to replace our furnace and water heater. He worked all by himself from start to finish. He disposed off the old units and single handed completed the entire installation of our new furnace and water heater. He worked tirelessly and did not complain or took a break. He did an AWESOME job! We are very satisfied customers. If you live in the Hamilton, Burlington vicinity, make sure you ask for John Barrer for your Reliance jobs.

As always Fire & Security Centre always come as soon as they are notified. Called into Reliance last night, received a call from Fire & Security this morning and they were here in a matter of a couple of hours. Replaced elements in the tank and he was in and out in 2 hrs. Excellent service can't thank them enough.

I called on Friday and CONTRACTOR showed up at approx. 4:30pm to look at water heater. I was told that would have to get a new unit from Hamilton & would be here Monday between 10 and 12. No show, no call. I called Reliance and was told I would receive a call back. No call. I called Reliance again told same thing. No call. I call Tuesday approx. noon and was told someone would be here between 1 and 5. Reliance came this time. Ryan was excellent. Insist on NO CONTRACTORS!!

the 2 young men were very pleasant and were very knowledgeable about the product, (on demand hot water tank) A job well done! Very prompt and work done in a timely manner.
