    furnace and hot water tank serviced

    Outstanding service from , Jamie team member # 0302 In home service representative. He has been to my home three times and was very helpful, patient, polite and respectful on all visits Jamie really cared about his service to my furnace and hot water tank. He really enjoys his job, without a doubt.

    Furnace

    Lina Alviar did a great job when explaining options for my new furnace. She is very knowledgable and understanding. She also found that I was overpaying on my gas bill. Everyone from this company should be like Home comfort advisor Lina. Thank you Reliance

    water heater

    After some rocky start just getting here {which I can understand but still my days off} it was worth the wait. I found Joe Petitti very knowable informative friendly and funny. The work was completed in a timely fashion, even with us talking, and the new water heater looks good

    Hot water tank dead

    Noticed water on basement floor last night. Called reliance at 9:30 PM. Was promised visit between 7 and 11 AM. Tech John S. - DAA1485 - called around 8, and he is now come and gone (9:45). He took out old one, installed new one, and we have three happy women in the house again :-) Service was excellent. Thank you John.

    Water Heater rental

    I had a water heater rental agreement with Reliance. After five years I decided to cancel it and install my own water heater. Three months and four 30-minute phone calls later, I am still getting billed. They lost the paperwork. Then they lost my email with the copy of the paperwork. Then they acknowledged the cancellation, but continued billing me (through my Enbridge account). Finally most recently they sent me the bill with no reimbursement and another rental charge. In the latest conversation they acknowledged they owe me $100+ and promised a credit on my next bill, but I am not holding my breath.

    Water Heater Issue

    My rental water heater had an issue that I found worrisome - sudden lapses of hot water from all my faucets, followed by a quick banging sound from the heater, and then a return to hot water. I called Reliance and they had a serviceman there that afternoon. He (Brad) quickly resolved the problem explaining that this was a common issue with these water tanks. He was efficient, courteous, and relieved my anxiety.

    Furnace, A/C and new thermostat

    Angelo #1806 was fantastic! He came out to do regular maintenance and when he learned that a new thermostat should have been delivered for installation (and was not) he went above and beyond to fix it. I was looking forward to my WIFI thermostat and had Angelo not stepped in, I would have most definitely cancelled our contract with Reliance today. Merci beaucoup, Angelo #1806

    New Furnace and Air Conditioning unit

    Alex and Josh were our installers. They were very knowledgable and pleasant to deal with. After the install they explained the equipment and the operation. And they cleaned up their mess afterwards. The salesman Eren was also very helpful and friendly. We had a great experience. Thanks

    New furnace and a/c

    We had a new furnace installed last week. We had to have a technician come on Sunday morning. One furnace heats two houses, there is an addition built on. Had to try and get both houses to the same temperature. Very challenging, there was a supplemental blower fan hidden underneath the crawlspace of the addition. Our technician, (Asif, # 1464) did a great job. He was professional, personable, and persistent. Got everything working perfectly before he left. Overall a tremendous customer service experience. M.     Replaced AC and Heating System

    Bill and Daniel were very professional and informative, describing every detail throughout the process of installing my new AC and Furnace. In addition, they were able to trouble shoot and correct a pre-existing issue. Excellent service would recommend them to anyone! Thanks guys.
