    replace humidifier pad

    I went in to the Reliance office to purchase a replacement humidifier pad and was met with very friendly and courteous people. They not only had the replacement pad but gave it to me at no cost which was greatly appreciated. Thank you to Cheryl Moratz (DAA1799) for the customer service.

    Darius Chichgur was on time, personable, very knowledgeable and could answer all my questions clearly. It was a pleasure working with him to find the best solution for my home.

    Furnace replacement

    I was very pleased with the professionalism and attention to detail demonstrated by both the sales representative, Andrew and the furnace installation crew, Charlie & Marcel from Reliance. Our needs were understood, an appropriate model was recommended and we got great rental deal. Although the installation proved to be challenging because of older existing equipment, the techs persevered and completed the task. Well done.

    Furnace and Air Conditioner

    Adam Walker was very professional in servicing my appliances. Checked all needed and advised. He has serviced my appliances in the past for me . He takes real pride in what he does.

    Broken Water Heater

    I am writing this review to commend Wes, employee number 2380. Wes fixed my broken water heater on this 2015 Thanksgiving weekend. Unlike the other associate that came to check out the water heater a week ago, or the one that left 10 minutes after I missed their call, without buzzing my condo, Wes was very polite, respectful, as wore boot covers to protect my floor, and thorough. He explained to me what was wrong and what to check for in the future when I have a concern. I finally feel comfortable that a good job was done. Thank you Wes, Reliance is lucky to have a solid worker like you.

    Boiler heater and Hot Water on Demand combo unit

    I'm very pleased with the service I was given during the entire process of getting all the papers signed and the installation of the Boiler and Hot Water on Demand combo system. This has been a very long process and on September 30, 2015 we were scheduled for our final signing of the paper work. One sales representative Michelle Bosch went above and beyond that day. I had taken a 3 foot fall that resulted in a Tibial plateau fracture of my right knee. Michelle is such a caring person, she even offered to take me to the hospital on this day. She helped get me into our vehicle so my husband could take me to the hospital after we signed the paper's and asked that I keep her updated on my injury. Michelle Bosch deserves to be recognized for the care of the client as well as the company. She has made be believe in true kindness and showed me that Reliance Home Comfort that I will most definitely do business with again. Agents Jesse #3259 and Kyle #3294 came out on the scheduled day of October 8, 2015 to remove and install the new system for us. Both of these guys were very polite, well mannered and took the time to explain things. This was a 8 hour removal and installation time frame. If they had to go pick something up they needed, they let me know they were going. For the majority of the time I didn't even know they were here. They were so quiet I actually took a nap. Great guys who also take the time to make sure the customer is happy with the service and understand the product. Kyle won over the heart of my puppy Buddy. Spring time we are looking at replacing our Air Conditioning system and with out a second thought I will be calling Reliance Home Comfort again.

    Hot Water heater installation

    We just had Saleem from Relance remove and install a new gas water heater this morning. Not only was the service fast Saleem was excellent in explaining and installing the heater. Very clean and careful to make sure everything was done properly. Very rare to find someone that takes such care to make sure the customer is 100% satisfied. The $300 was for the changing of the vent piping to bring it up to code requirements

    My furnace wouldn't turn on.

    What a nice person, very knowledgeable. He made some great recommendations for my filter. Explained what happened and cleaned up any mess. He also wore slippers over his shoes to protect my floors.

    New Central Air Install

    Just over a year ago I decided to upgrade the central air at home so I called a few vendors for quotes. Reliance was the only company to send a rep to my home to look around and see exactly what was needed. The sales rep was polite, friendly, and recommended the right unit for us, not the biggest or most expensive. Installation was scheduled with 10 days. Now, here's where things went a little askew. A company was contracted to help with installations and this contracted crew made a giant mess of things. They left and I didn't have any working air, during one of the hottest weeks in decades. Now, this crew was not made up of reliance techs, but contractors but reliance took full responsibility for the mess they made and inconvenience they caused us. And when I say they took responsibility, they did so in all ways - we were given a partial refund, a repaired installation, and peace of mind that any issues the crop up in the winter would be corrected too. It wasn't a quick fix but a thorough one and I cannot say anything bad about Reliance other than their choice of contracted help was questionable (and yes, those contractors were relieved of their duties) . Every aspect of the project that went wrong was made right. Even the sales guy showed up with a portable a/c unit to loan is if we needed it with the extreme heat. The project didn't start perfectly but Reliance made it right. I would not hesitate to call them again for anything and I would recommend them to anyone who asks! It's been 15 months now and we are perfectly happy with our Reliance A/c system. Thanks Mike, Ross, and all the on site techs that made a bad situation good!!     Hot Water Tank Replacement

    Scott and Idris came and replaced a old water tank. They did a great job going above and beyond what was needed. They made sure all mess was cleaned and everything was perfect.
