Called the service number two days ago when water heater was running,trying to fire repeatedly. This is not normal activity. Was told if I had hot water could not request technician, to wait until I had no hot water, they had 24 hour service to ensure it would be repaired when I needed it. Called this morning because now the water in the tank was used up and told By Geneva that I had to wait until tomorrow for service technician. Had they scheduled appointment when I called two days ago there would have been no interruption in my hot water.

Adam Walker is a excellent service technician. He is very good at trouble shooting and resolving any issues, also giving advice how to keep the furnace running smoothly. Twice he came to my home and he did excellent work . Yours truly, Kennedy Williams .

Tonight we had the pleasure of dealing with Mr. Wynne as we were in need of service for an aging component on our water heater. Being covered with our rental agreement we endured severe politeness and efficient help. Both with completion of the work and answering our questions. We feel far more assured with our rental unit and look forward to arranging a consultation to find out our options for replacing our furnace in the coming future. We hope there are no further issues but if they come about we're sure if the service person is half as knowledgable as Josh (Wynne) was we're in great hands. If anybody sees this from Reliance please thank him for us.

Came when they promised. Matt was courteous fast and friendly, and took the time to explain what he was doing to our kids. Reliance will definitely be on our list when it eventually comes time to replace our Furnace.

The workers were extremely friendly and delivered amazing service in a professional manner. Ryan and Aaron team #1659 They even modified their install so as to accommodate no need for a cut in my finished ceiling, which was greatly appreciated.

This was an annual furnace and air conditioner inspection. The technician Randy H. provided one of the best service experiences I have ever had. He was courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, effective, and provided technical recommendations for saving money in the future. Overall, it was a very good experience.

Randy H did an outstanding job of servicing the furnace and AC unit. He provided me with up to date information on furnaces and the benefits of a high efficiency versus my current system.

Frank Torchia, the Reliance sales person, was really great in educating me and left me with a feeling that I was getting the best deal and best value. He was honest, direct and very easy to talk to, I really appreciate the time and care he took to not only ensure I understood what I was purchasing, but even following up on the day of the install to make sure things were all going as we discussed. The team of installers were also top notch, clean, efficient and courteous. Thanks for the great service!

Mike and Luciano attended today and removed old equipment and installed new equipment. They were without reservation fabulous! FULLY explained all components, controls, maintenance. They cleaned up perfectly and managed some personalization for me. The sales team did not oversell as I knew what I wanted but they made solid recommendations and presented a professionally written quotation for me. I would recommend Reliance and this install team anytime. Better warranty than the competition.
