After a few techs were out, Phil Latour showed up and fixed my problem. Phil (and his sidekick John (2318)) not only knew exactly what they were doing, but were talkative and very friendly. Phil should be the Ambassador of Reliance Home Comfort. Very pleased with his work, and though I hope to never see him again, would be very confident in knowing Phil was on the job.

Repair tech Sheldon Team member number 3058 was very efficent and profesional. He knew exactaly what the problem was and fix it. Very, very happy with this tech team member

My request for assistance was promptly dealt with and the technician arrived early on the following morning. The issue was dealt with professionally and the technician was very courteous and competent. A stressful situation was resolved without any further difficulties. James is to be commended for his performance.

Dave O came out to repair leaky furnace. He was courteous, polite and knowledgeable. Quickly diagnosed the problem and stopped the leak. He then checked other possibilities just to make sure everything was good. Thanks Dave and Reliance.

I had some issues with my Furnace and the Home Comfort Advisor Spencer S. came at the house, very professional and did a great job and suggested me the proper equipment needed for the house (after a complete inspection where he realized the AC was very old) so I was able to get new AC and a new Furnace at a reasonable cost. During that same week Spencer S. had the two technicians Joe V. & Jacob S. came over to replace the them for me. The two technicians did an outstanding job, very clean and very professional. I was very impressed by their job. Also, I have used the technician Barry G. to service all my equipment on a regular basis and he is amazing gentlemen and very knowledgeable on what he does... For all those good reasons I definitely recommend them to anyone.

Armond from Reliance (team member #1624) did a great job inspecting and servicing our furnace, hot water heater and air conditioning unit. Unfortunately, our furnace had a cracked heat exchanger which requires the units replacement but Armond provided helpful advice along the way.

Darius Chichgur came by and offered excellent service. Thank you for the prompt, courteous attention. Darius explained the options for installing the air conditioning system. We agreed on a rental plan to suit us.

We've been with Reliance for over 10 years for extended coverage and then to purchase a furnace and air conditioner and rent a water heater. Our service person was Rob A, RNK70076. Our water heater was not working and I called in Thurs morning. Before noon on Thurs, Rob arrived and had the problem repaired in 10 minutes. He put plastic covers over his shoes when coming into the house. He was very polite, informative and provided exceptional service, and so comes highly recommended.
