Very satisfied customer! Chris Degouveia has been wonderful! He has been doing maintenance for my units since last year. He is always very professional (calls before he comes, puts on slip on things on his shoes to protect my floors, when he's done he lets me know), friendly(always has a smile on his face and very polite and personable) and informative(advised me on what I can do if something were to happen to my unit and advise me on what he is doing while working on the unit). He always does the job the right and I am always very satisfied with his work. The price for my plan is not super pricey, it's ok but knowing I can live with a peace of mind is more important to me. I would definitely recommend Reliance!

I called to see what time the repair technician would be showing up to my place of residence, and was Iied to about the correct time. The technician showed up 2 hours late, and I took half the day off work to wait for them. I was assured (by telephone) a technician would be at my home around the time of 2-5pm. I took half of my day off of work, resulting in an estimated loss of $300 of which I could've earned in the meantime- to only have the technician show up at ~7pm, 2 hours after the maximum time I was told. The technician that showed up was apologetic about the occurrence, and was really helpful. He told me to follow up with this review, advising me to touch on the prior things I've mentioned. I hope for feedback on this incident.

We were very happy with Reliance in breaking down the steps to make the replacing of our old furnace and air conditioning. Reinaldo Platero was excellent at showing us our options and helping us apply for the credits with the new system. On time and very professional

We had a new Furnace / air conditioner installed yesterday. There was a problem with the system and the company need to send out a service Technician John Saliba came to our house to fix the problem . John was amazing and fix the issue and showed us exactly how to use the new system . John was very professional and a kind person. Thanks John for all your help today.

Piping through wall was terrible, with tubes of caulking to cover, Reliance paid a contractor to "fix", cleaned up inside but not out, neighbour complained. Salesman was helpful A Power.

Ed from Reliance came out today for an inspection of our furnace and AC. He was extremely helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable. We were extremely happy with this level of service.

It was nice to see the same person that we had previous back in 2013 of August to fix our water tank. Not only Chad McDaid came, he had a trainer with him Fred Jones who was confident and very polite. Chad was great with giving assistance to Fred through the process of step by step on fixing the water tank. The both did an amazing job and Chad explained everything he was going to do and what the outcome would be. Thanks to both gentlemen, I was happy to have a hot bath in 45 mins after the water tank was good has new. Thanks Reliance Home Comfort.

Excellent service. Very helpful. Explained what he was doing clearly. Made some recommendations for the future which were helpful. I have had no problems since I switched to reliance home comfort.

Chad has exceptional customer service! He was friendly and took the time to explain to us being first time home owners what the issue was with our tank. He was able to resolve it in a timely manner with a smile on his face! Extremely helpful & knowledgable in his work!!! Great job!!!

Reliance Home Comfort Technician Bruce M. #3158 conducted a service call on our furnace & A/C. Bruce apologized for being delayed by accident en-route, although he arrived well within the specified time frame. Bruce had 35 years of experience & we found him to be most knowledgeable & thorough & I will ask for him the next time service is required. I would definitely recommend Bruce as a service tech.
