My furnace and AC were 35 years old. I called Reliance for an estimate. When Rodney Schunker, the rep, arrived the next day, he was very professional in explaining to me about the package detail, lease to purchase option and prices. Four days prior to the installation, my hot water tank decided to quit working. It was beyond the repair. When I called Rodney, he re-arranged and re-scheduled the installation. They came by the next day and finished all the installation in one day. The installation went very well. We are very happy with Reliance. We will recommend Rodney and Reliance to all our friends and family.

The summer heat is finally here and this new house needed help. Mike and Viji did a great job installing the new AC. They were quick and courteous. On top of that they helpfully answered all my questions. This company is doing it right with guys like these two!

Home Reliance Ben Pilkey rep. did some work on our Water heater rental. Mr. Pilkey was professional, did an outstanding job and was very courteous and we thank him very much . He also answered all my questions and explained all in a clear way. Ben Deserves lots of credit !!!

The service tech Barry C. came to my house to look at my central air. Not only did he do a thorough check on my system he explained everything he was doing. I found this rare as most service techs would rather you not understand the product. He also set up my thermostat so it would work more efficiently. If this tech is an average tech in your company, then, you have a very good work force. Thank you Barry C. it was a pleasure meeting with you, you are a very knowledgeable asset to your profession.

I woke up and had very little hot water pressure. I called Reliance home comfort number around 8:30 A.M. I expressed interest in getting the hot water heater replaced as it was not the first time that I have had this issue. The CSR that I spoke to explained to me that she could only authorize a repair and that I would have to call back at 9. At 9 I called them back, within 10 minutes of getting off the phone I received a call from the Matt M the service tech explaining that he was on his way to replace the tank. It is now 11:30 and the work has been completed.

well its been 24 hours and no call from a service man - same story everytime I call, their mailbox is full? Umm, maybe get a different contracter, told yesterday someone would be by, by 6pm, well it is 9am now, very disappointed, when contract is over, cya Reliance

Installers arrived on time. Very courteous and amicable. Work area well protected - carpets and floors protected. Worked continuously, no breaks. Areas left very clean when job was done and a complete instruction on how to operate the thermostat and a review of all necessary info regarding the actual unit installed. Very thankful for having both Josh and Alex Employee #1147 as our installers. Good job fellas...much appreciated!!! Also thanks to rep Amy Young. Very knowledgeable Thanks, Wayne & Janet

I recently had an unfortunate experience with reliance sales I was quite nervous when 2 of their techs came to install a new water heater... Well can honestly say Jason and James were without a doubt the very best techs I have ever had in my home...Polite,knowledgeable , professional.. ETC..ETC It became obvious that Jason was teaching James and I am sure James would agree the best teacher he,s ever had. Thank you guys, you are both a credit to your company

In 2015, my wife and I started looking at replacing our furnace as it was 23 years old and making allot of noise. We proceeded with getting multiple quotes to determine the best price due to the fact we were also getting central air which we never had before. Reliance Home Comfort sent Jill Taylor to our home to present and discuss what special offers they had, as well as to determine what units would work in our home given the house is 65 years old. Well I can say without hesitation, Jill is and was extremely knowledgable on all aspects of our dealings. Ever question I had, technical, financial or simply for comparing units, Jill knew. Through out our whole purchase, Jill provided excellent support and trouble shooting for our installation, Pricing and quality of workmanship, which was excellent by the way. Jill is without a doubt an extremely valuable asset to the Reliance Home comfort team, to any home owner who is looking for a trustworthy sales person and who is looking simply to have piece of mind in knowing they are being extremely well taken care of. Out of 10, Jill Taylor has proven her professionalism to be a 15. Highly recommend her if anyone is looking for a new system.

Reliance was very quick at responding to my call about the air conditioner. They had the appointment set up and a Technician here within 2 hours. Justin, the Reliance Tech, knew what he was doing and figured out the problem. A new fan motor was installed and the AC was up and running before long. The whole experience was excellent. I would recommend Reliance to friends and family.
