Your service man Christian Janssens was very courteous and professional. He phoned first to comfirm arrival time and he arrived right on time. He fixed the problem right away. He was well spoken and well groomed. He explained what the problem was and what the fix was. He gave me a business card and said if we had any further problems to call the company. I was very happy with the service.

The installers were very courteous and very knowledgeable. They worked very hard and answered any questions we had. They were very careful to protect our floor coverings etc. The only problem we had was we couldn't get the filter we were promised but that was because there was no space in the area the furnace was installed in. We discussed this with Reliance and they accommodated us with 2 extra months free of payments. We are very happy with our new furnace and air conditioner units.

we were very satisfied with this company and would recommend it to friends and family. our repair man was named John and he was very professional. He moved furniture out of the way so they wouldn't get damaged bringing in a new hot water tank and put drop cloths over the floors to prevent spills. He even put on booties which I have never seen repair people do. John also helped out with sweeping water to the drain. He was very fast getting the job done and efficient. We have no complaints and we're happy with the service.

We were impressed with Christian Janssens' efficiency & skill when he recently was assigned to remove & replace our water heater. Keep up the good work, this was hassle-free service I would have no trouble recommending to other home owners.

I want to reccomend Nick C #1740 He was personable and professional and sepnt a long time at our house to ensure every aspect of our AC was sorted out and working optimally. Highly recomended.

Brett Armstrong was very professional and showed up on time. He took the time to go through all the details and was very knowledgable about the products and services provided. Kept in contact throughout the installation process and after to make sure I was 100% satisfied. I am extremely happy with the service provided and I would definately recommend!

Phoned to have eternal heater replaced. Made an appointment, took day off, and told a contractor would be there to replace it. Representative showed up and said"yep, needs replaced" and that another contractor would call to set up a time for another day. Reliance needs to to ensure people setting up spots are giving accurate information.

Just experienced an amazing service call from Dave S. #1618. I have been struggling with understanding and appreciating things to be done with my furnace and AC and was anxiously waiting for a service technician to come over. Dave came in on time and started his process extraordinarily. As against simply walking to the furnace room and thermostat he started by understanding what were my expectations from the service call. After I explained my issues, challenges, need to know technical stuff etc, DAVE immediately understood that my I truly needed a proper orientation. He then went about logically explaining each aspect of the furnace and AC, maintenance , how can I save energy, how should I set my temperature, how do I periodically clean, change for weather etc. He then completed his task of cleaning, checking for readings etc, On a request of mine he voluntarily called his office and set up immediate appointments to get some additional things to be done. I am writing this review because I have so far only been experiencing technicians who come in a rush, complete their job, rush out as fast while having very little patience for home owners who ask a lot of "silly" simple questions. Philip Sirek showed up last nite and fixed the problem with my hot water pressure. It was an inconvenience having the water sometimes work, and sometimes not. He knew exactly what the problem was before he showed up. He brought all the parts and tools needed to do the job swiftly and efficiently. I was very impressed.

After 10 years having an oil furnace and all the rules and regulations that go along with it we decided to convert from oil to gas. We were very afraid to make such a change at this point in our lives, but new regulations and home insurance costs became a real issue. Greg Schuler with Reliance came to our home on a Friday at 5:00 p.m. He was professional and very helpful. He explained everything we needed to know to convert, and provided us with costs and expectations, which were almost nothing. My husband and I are in our 60's, and the change was scary, but Greg walked us through the change and we are so very grateful! Reliance has a great representative in Greg Schuler, and I have already recommended Reliance to my co-workers. Thanks so much!!!!!
