    Furnace, AC and water tank

    After a little issue getting all services together Danny and Bruce spent the day and did an amazing job! All systems a go. They did a better job than the original builders with all the lines. Have to say service call from Pat was also seamless. Thanks to all!!!!

    Furnace repair

    Called Reliance at 10AM; tech was here by Noon, troubleshot the issue in 10 mins.; picked up a new blower motor at their parts depot; return to my home and completed the repair in 30 mins. Left my home clean and tidy...great job by Alan R., Field Tech #1626.

    Hot water Heater

    Sahil did a great job to fix my hot water heater! Very professional and efficient. Fixed the problem right away and explained to me what the problem was. Thank you!

    water heather install

    Josh came to install my water heather , he was fast and efficiant in doing the work. Josh had came to our residence a few year before and had suggeste to Reliance that the wather heather should be change but nobody came to change it. Unfortunately the water tank was never change and it busted Josh is very polite and a clean person when he does his work. I would recommend Josh W. Technician DAA0985to anybody that needs work to be done by your company and i would appreciate it i ever need more work to be done on my premise that i would be Josh again even in my other property that we own on 490 Whissell Ave and on 124 Roger St both in Sudbury and in my own home 392 Melvin Ave. Thank you Josh for the good work.

    New Furnace and A/C

    Reliance was quick to respond to my broken furnace call. They provided heaters and had a crew there the next day to install the new furnace and A/C. The interior install look good but the vent pipe is right against my siding and is causing mold issues. My numerous calls and texts to my sales person have gone unanswered. We are very upset with Reliance and regret ever using them.

    Hot Water Tank / Furnace Info

    Rob A, RNK70076 answered all my questions, gave me helpful advice and "introduced" me to the equipment in my new home. He found that the Hot Water Tank needed replacement and arranged for a contractor to contact me. Speedy, professional and efficient. Thanks, Rob.

    Furnace and A/C

    If you have ever wondered what would happen if your furnace ever quit on the coldest day of the year, I can tell ya!!! It was family day long weekend, about minus 25 out and on the Friday evening our furnace died. Reliance was out the next morning and unfortunately our old furnace was not fixable. Gail Garbet, our reliance adviser was able to come right over on a Saturday evening on a long weekend. Very impressive. She set us up with a brand new system which was installed and we were up and running on Family Day! She even supplied numerous space heaters to get us through the couple of cold nights. All in All very impressed by the speed and professionalism of everyone involved. Loving our new system. So much more effecient and quiet!

    Air Conditioner Repair

    I have a protection plan through Reliance Home Comfort. My Air conditioner was not working, so I called for service. If it wasn't for the computer glitch, which kept cancelling my appointments, I would have given the company 5 stars. Due to the glitch, 3 appointments were missed. Everyone I spoke with on the phone were very nice and apologetic about the situation, and the last customer service rep I spoke with said that she would keep my file open to make sure I got service. She was true to her word, because less than 20 minutes after talking to her, the technician called to say he was on the way. My technician was Dave S. #1618. I could not have asked for a better technician. He was very thorough in diagnosing the problem and getting it fixed. My repair required an entire day to fix and during the whole process, he kept me up to date on what was happening. After the job was done, he explained everything that he did and gave me some excellent tips on how to keep my AC running efficiently. I would highly recommend him, and the Reliance Home Comfort protection plan.

    new furnace

    Ryan and Aaron worked well as a team. they were personable and got the job done. Ryan was very knowledgeable and was eager to communicate clearly and get the job done. Both guys were very conscientious and worked until the job was completed before even having a lunch break. They showed us how to operate the ecocontrol centre and were more than willing to answer lots of questions. Well done guys!

    Hot water heater

    Purchased home in Nov 14. Contacted reliance to switch rental contract. Had home inspection which identified should replace hot water tank. Advised reliance of inspection report and was told the tank did not require changing. June2015 tank split basement flooded unknown cost at this time.
