I have a protection plan through Reliance Home Comfort. My Air conditioner was not working, so I called for service. If it wasn't for the computer glitch, which kept cancelling my appointments, I would have given the company 5 stars. Due to the glitch, 3 appointments were missed. Everyone I spoke with on the phone were very nice and apologetic about the situation, and the last customer service rep I spoke with said that she would keep my file open to make sure I got service. She was true to her word, because less than 20 minutes after talking to her, the technician called to say he was on the way.
My technician was Dave S. #1618. I could not have asked for a better technician. He was very thorough in diagnosing the problem and getting it fixed. My repair required an entire day to fix and during the whole process, he kept me up to date on what was happening. After the job was done, he explained everything that he did and gave me some excellent tips on how to keep my AC running efficiently. I would highly recommend him, and the Reliance Home Comfort protection plan.
