Sales rep, Dan, was very helpful and friendly. He made me feel comfortable and reviewed several options. No idea who the install guys were. They didn't introduce themselves except to say they were with Reliance. They seemed unfriendly and brusque with me. They told me there is a "pet policy" so I would need to do something with our dog during the work. I had asked Dan if I needed to be home during the work and was told not necessary so I was going to work after the install guys arrived. Had to make last minute arrangements for our dog, further delaying my arrival at work and adding unnecessary stress. After work completed, install guys gave a very quick review of the new thermostat and left. Work was done ok, but I did not have a pleasant experience and didn't feel the install guys were interested in making sure I was comfortable with the new equipment.
