I had Sales rep Darius Chichgur visit. He arrived on time and explained the various options available. He made suggestions regarding the options. The has good knowledge of the products he was selling. He folowed up after the first visit with a phone call to check if I needed any more information. He then put the contract through in a timely fashion. The crew for the installation were very good. Especially the fact that they worked well, finished on time and cleaned up after the install. Explained how the systems worked and were very polite. The experience so far has been very satisfactory.

Shelton was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was very efficient and finished the repair quickly. I was very pleased with his work and how I was able to get service shortly after calling for the repair.

Wally showed up promptly. He was quite pleasant and had the problem solved in short order. I will certainly make my satisfaction known around the neighbourhood. He gets top marks in my book.

The Team of Danny and Bruce provided an amazing installation for this big job, they were prompt and very efficient and completed the job in the single day which was very much appreciated... They worked very hard no breaks and respected the work space. They fully answered any questions I had during the installation and when completed they provided me with all the necessary information for me to set and maintain the new equipment. Clean up was great after the completion. Excellent job ..Danny and Bruce well done....

This winter I had a very bad experience with a local Heating/Cooling Company that I had been dealing with for over 20 years. They literally left me with a malfunctioning furnace for over a month. Subsequently, I called Reliance and had them come and install a new furnace. I was very pleased with the installation and so called to have my A/C checked out for summer. Jason arrived right on time, made sure he covered his shoes before walking on my floors and proceeded to check out the A/C. He also helped me to locate filters for my retrofitted air cleaner. Jason was a breath of fresh air, not only was he polite but he obviously knew what he was doing and loves his job. I am now a Reliance customer and know I can count on good customer service. Something I have not had in the past!

Shawn was courteous, on time and extremely professional. The work took very little time in spite of an extra amount of work I requested. He made me feel very comfortable with his abilities. I am very satisfied!

Sales rep, Dan, was very helpful and friendly. He made me feel comfortable and reviewed several options. No idea who the install guys were. They didn't introduce themselves except to say they were with Reliance. They seemed unfriendly and brusque with me. They told me there is a "pet policy" so I would need to do something with our dog during the work. I had asked Dan if I needed to be home during the work and was told not necessary so I was going to work after the install guys arrived. Had to make last minute arrangements for our dog, further delaying my arrival at work and adding unnecessary stress. After work completed, install guys gave a very quick review of the new thermostat and left. Work was done ok, but I did not have a pleasant experience and didn't feel the install guys were interested in making sure I was comfortable with the new equipment.

Mark, team member 0245 was terrific! He walked me thru the entire install and made me feel very confident with my rental. His professionalism was evident as soon as he walked in the door!

My relationship with Reliance started off well but has since been a very large disappointment. The sales person responsible for our contract not once disclosed that there would be a lien on our house as part of the rental agreement. I unfortunately found out about the lien while I was renewing my mortgage. Never once did the representative verbally disclose the lien. It should have been verbally disclosed. I am kicking myself for not seeing it in the contract; that said it was never pointed out. Now my mortgage is being delayed as it has taken over 2 weeks for Reliance to provide the necessary documentation to appease my mortgage lender. I have been bumped around from agent to agent. It has been impossible to deal with someone that does not work on a 1-800 service line. Finally the lease rate of 8.5% does not justify a lien on an asset like a house. Heck new car financing is anywhere frm 0% to 4.99% with no lien. So this story is far from over. I will be looking into how to remove the lien (not postpone the lien as Reliance would suggest) once I get my fax and mortgage resolved. Look elsewhere before signing on the dotted line. Learn from my mistake.
