Jamie (team member #0302) arrived on time and was a friendly professional guy. He diagnosed the problem, explained it to me, and fixed it quickly. Air con is working perfectly now, thank you.

Fred came out to do the repair. He explained his tasks and was very thorough and professionally friendly. He tested everything to make sure it was working and wished us a good night. He encouraged us to call if we have any concerns in the future.

Martin came and fixed our water heater that was leaking all over the place. He even stayed late and fixed up some of the shotty tubing work done by the previous homeowners. Great guy!

Our old furnace was on its last legs. It had given up on us two winters in a row. In both occasions, Reliance sent a technician to fix the old furnace. They did it promptly and efficiently. On their last visit, the technician recommended that it may be time to think about a new furnace, since the old one was nearing the end of its life cycle. We got a visit from a very helpful representative, who explained clearly all the options we had available. At no time did we feel pressured to buy a specific unit. We made our decision and a few weeks later we were all set to go. The whole process was smooth and uneventful. It only took a little longer than expected because they couldn't set up the AC unit outside until the snow melted away. Once it did, they called us to finish setting things up.

First we would like to thank our sales rep Daniel for his thorough explanations of our options for replacing our HVAV system and for checking in with us when the work was being done. Very special thank you to the guys (Jeff #1-23, Bill #1098 and Howard #3037) for the excellent installation they did for us today. They worked very hard and were considerate of our space. They explained in detail what we needed to do to set and maintain our new equipment. The installation was done only 4 days after the order was made which was great! No wait! I would definitely recommend Reliance to anyone considering an HVAC installation and would ask for the team that was here today when I need any maintenance work done. Update: Have had some problems with the furnace not heating up to set temperature (4 to 5 degree difference) which appears to be the result of a thermostat problem. Want to thank Matt F (RCH 1763) for his service visit today and for identifying the issue and replacing the thermostat. Appears to be working much better now. Appreciate that Reliance stands behind their products and installations and that they do follow up with client concerns in a timely manner.

We had to get a new water tank. Took 4 calls to get the right water temperature & pressure. Bryan Moran w Reliance was fabulous. Took the time to experience our issues & to make sure we were happy before he left.

Had a leak in my ac which caused my furnace to rust out. Tom the salesman from Reliance made the whole project worry free, he answered all our questions was friendly, reliable and easy o talk to. The installation went flawless as promised. Thanks Tom & the installation crew.

Our Trusted Advisor Dave was fantastic! He was on time, thorough and explained everything. Provided some advice on keeping everything running smoothly so that we would not have any issues. Great job Dave!

Fred Owusu came promptly when I called in about a hot water problem. Fred was courteous and very knowledgable about the hot water tank. He took apart and cleaned the inner workings of the heater and explained what he was doing and why. Fred did great work. He was concerned about getting it right as opposed to being in a rush. I'm very happy with his work!

Horrible customer service, reliance Came in to replace our furnace. While doing so they moved our hot water tank. Since this installation we've had the highest gas bills and no hot water, we have had three service workers in and we are still without hot water. One service guy recorded we need a new tank, we waited a few days then called reliance back and the only notes they had in their system was that a service call went out and there was no notes of us needing a new tank, they sent out another service guy who said something was seriously wrong and he ordered a part, it's been 6 days and we still haven't received the part. We called again asking to speak to a supervisor who has not called back yet. This is unbelievable and I can't believe that a company this reputable works this way. Reliance is far from what their name stands for.
