Abdelkader Hamdad has to be the most meticulous worker that I have ever had . Have had these inspections before and was satisfied, but he was certainly the best! Highly recommend him.

Buddy of Mine (Luke Meloche) introduced me to the idea of renting a new system for my 16 year old home. Best decision i ever made. noticed a difference in bills and efficiency. I know live worry free thanks the reliance. The sales team and install team were great and easy to work with! Looking forward to what the future will bring as a Reliance Customer. Thanks Luke!

Reliance sent a contractor, G&J Heating & Cooling, to replace my Infinity control thermostat. They wanted to replace the control with an inferior product. I refused so they were to call me a few days later once they got the part. After not hearing from them for 10 days, I called them. They needed a part number, which I gave them. Not hearing from G&J for another 2 weeks, I called Reliance again to see what was going on. After some investigation, we were shocked to find out that G&C claimed they had completed the work and had already been paid! Reliance then sent one of their own home comfort employees to do the job. He arrived as scheduled, and replaced the thermostat. Thanks, Sheldon, for your professional attitude and a job well done.

Alireza fazlali came to my home to fix a furnace that was giving me a lot of trouble. He arrived within an hour and very quickly got my furnace up and running on a cold day!!! Thanks so much Alireza!!!!

Kevin and Steve arrived early and worked continuously until their job was done. They were courteous and polite and did an excellent job. My wife and I were very pleased with their work.

Johnny and Lou did a better job than we were hoping for. First class product and installation. Thanks to Craig and Mike for patience and understanding. Reliance made our project very easy, we received a major upgrade for a reasonable price.

Very prompt response to service calls. Technician set up appointment with Dean, again in a timely manner. Dean was informative and helpful. Was lucky to have everything installed the next day due to a cancellation. The two guys that came to install were professional and friendly (can't remember their names). My only complaint is that they moved a box/cabinet that was overtop of my water shutoff, and I can't lift it back over. Will have to empty it and try, or get someone to help. If they had asked me, I would have emptied it out so that I would know I could get it back in place. Other than that, all went smoothly.

Great service from Dean, and was impressed that I had my furnace and air conditioner installed the very next day, due to a cancellation. The service guys that had been out prior to that were very helpful and professional as well. The response time to my service calls was really good. The two guys that installed it were also friendly, professional, answered all my questions, can't remember their names! My only complaint is that they moved a wooden box/cabinet that was covering my water shutoff, and now I can't lift it back on, will have to empty it and try to lift it on or get help to do it. Other than that, all went really well, and I am very pleased.

The men arrived right on time and the quality of work was excellent. They were very friendly & polite and explained everything to me..They cleaned up everything neatly; Tim Terpstra and his fellow worker deserve a big thank you from us

I am an 87 year old lady who lives alone and had my furnace quit on me on one of the coldest nights of the year.I had Reliance technician RCW5187 come out 1st thing the next morning. This nice young man,Jason , had me feeling warm in no time. He went above and beyond what was expected and my old boiler was working like it had not in a long time. I'd like to thank Jason for all he did for me that day.He is an asset for Reliance and they should be thankful to have employees like him. I know I sure was glad that he came out that day. If I were to have any other problems, Jason told me to ask for him and he would come take care of me.
