I found Paul W. (2060) professional, helpful and informative. The problem was dealt with very efficiently. We have a Comfort Protection Plan...I'm so relieved that we made that investment. It is well worth it!

Switched on Air Conditioner this morning as it was going to be a hot day....nothing came on...called Reliance around 11 and they arranged for a service call between 1 and 6pm. Kristin arrived around 12:15 and did a very good job of fixing the unit and was gone by 1:15...very impressive....very good professional and friendly service....so glad I have the maintenance plan...Thanks Reliance!

Today, my new A/C failed to start up so a call was placed to Reliance Home Comfort for warrenty support. An appoinment was booked immediately and without hassel, and within 30 minutes, the service tech was calling to verify the appointment to let me know he was on his way. The problem was diagnosed quickly and corrected. Service was top notch all the way. Thank you Steve K for your quick response and awsome service. While I hope I never have any further issues with my new heating and cooling system, I can only hope the person coming out to do service the next time provides the same level of service you did.

I just had Matt F come by to have a look at a water heater issue in my home. He was absolutely amazing! He was very friendly, punctual, answered all of my questions, and best of all got the water heater fixed! This is the first time I've had to call Reliance and I couldn't have asked for better service.

From the time Maureen ( sales) promptly answered my request for a quote until Josh and Alex ( installation) cleaned up , I can honestly say I have had a great experience . Reliance , you have good , solid , honest front line people .Well done

Ryan Clancy #1808 answered my call for HW Tank service. The tank was leaking. He said we required a new tank and with that was disconnecting stripping and draining the old tank. He brought in a new tank and connected it in minutes. His explanation of the controls was precise and helpful. He cleaned up the area and finished inside of 50 minutes. His workmanship was first rate. I was impressed. He was courteous and friendly. Ryan is a credit to Reliance!

Dan & Chris called ahead in the morning and said they would be here in 20 minutes(very prompt).very polite and introduced themselves at the door.got to business right away and when i had any questions they both were able to answer them to my satisfaction.they both were very respectable had the job done in a timely manner and left our home as clean as when they came in.great job and would request them to do my next installation.highly recommended

Hot water tank was leaking. Service was extremely timely, efficient and informative. The service tech explained the issue, why it happened and provided guidance for future concerns. He was very nice, knowledgeable and helpful.

Kristin G. #1455 was fabulous. On time, friendly, efficient and explained what she was doing. She also took the time to explain the steps we could take to prevent future problems.
