Today, my new A/C failed to start up so a call was placed to Reliance Home Comfort for warrenty support. An appoinment was booked immediately and without hassel, and within 30 minutes, the service tech was calling to verify the appointment to let me know he was on his way. The problem was diagnosed quickly and corrected. Service was top notch all the way. Thank you Steve K for your quick response and awsome service. While I hope I never have any further issues with my new heating and cooling system, I can only hope the person coming out to do service the next time provides the same level of service you did.
