Great service by Peter (#5278), accurate, pleasant, excellent communications, organized, completed all the work including picking up the filter and coming back to install it, very organized and very polite.

They came in and installed ductwork and a furnace and air conditioner in 2 days.They did a good job.They broke a ladder of mine but had no difficulty reimbursing me for it.

Ryan and Aaron came to my house to install a air conditioner. they were punctual and professional. As a new home owner they made this experience a good one. they also give some tips on how to maintain the unit. I recommend this company and these two guy to come and install air conditioner. The price of the a/c was the lowest price I found.

Service performed by Phil Latour (7546). He took the time to explain what he was doing and what I should be looking for from both pieces of equipment.. He was courteous and very respectful of my home, my pet and me. I've had the Protection Plan for five years now and he's the first Tech that has ever invited me to watch what he was doing. Very impressed. Very knowledgeable.

I had experience with Reliance Home comfort before. Your representative Lina Alviar, was very knowledgeable. courteous and efficient. She went out the way to get the units installed next day. which was very helpful. She explained everything thoroughly, and gave the best product and Plan. We are very satisfied with her efforts. I was very pleased with Phil. He came in and looked at the problem (I had a service man here about the thermostat just 9 days ago or so). He removed and installed a new thermostat and was very pleasant, easy to talk to and professional. My service call was covered under my protection coverage so it didn't cost me anything.

The technician Sam attended my home appointment May 6th at the correct time. He was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and patient with my questions regarding future service requirements. The work was done in a mere 15 mins, and no mess. Only a momentary water disruption. Extremely pleased.

I called because my AC was not working and someone was at my house the next morning. Jamie (0302) called before he came and was very poilte and considerate of my baby. He explained the problem and fixed it and checked out my furnace at the same time along with my water heater which I didn't know was leaking. He answered all my questions as well.

I phoned Reliance late today when I discovered my hot water was not working and was told someone would be here before 8:00 pm. Matt F (RCH 1763) arrived well within the time given. He diagnosed the problem quickly and replaced the part. Matt was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Thank you for the great service!
