Needed new tank which was also providing heat to our home (stupid system to have!). Reliance couldn't figure out which contractor to service our area, huge miscommunication ensued and after I chased them, 4 days later my tank and therefore my heat was restored. Now we've been billed for full price after and no discount as promised. Wasted more time to rectify!

The service technician(Dave O., #1685) had to come back more than once as my a/c was completely frozen. He was friendly and cheerful, most helpful with his explanations and very accommodating. I have not always had such excellent representatives for Reliance in my home but on this occasion I can give my unreserved approval.

Back in Feb-2015 I was told by Reliance service that I needed a new furnace. They were quick to help. When the salasperson was in my house, everything was great. I even wrote a great review about it. Now, when a major flooding happened in my basement after the installation, I was left on my own by Reliance and his installation manager. The manager didn't want to take responsibility and I had to use my insurance. The work was horrible. The contractors fixing my basement (they work with insurance companies) said they had just finished another work because of Reliance bad job.

Amir and Adam dropped by my place on time and spent the whole day at my place setting up our new AC, Furnace, and Tankless Water Heater. These guys were great as they explained everything thoroughly. Always had a smile (even at the 10th hour) and went the extra mile with a few extras. I would give the company a 5 but there was a minor hitch with my Water Heater in the morning that was dealt with swiftly. Great service, great guys, and I would highly recommend this company.

From the scheduling to the service, I was given highly professional timely and friendly service. James Walton, the service technician, reviewed everything with me and gave me good tips to maximize my furnace/AC functions.

Vince and his crew were professional and explained how everything on the new equipment operated. Everything was totally cleaned up and everything was operational before they left. Definitely would recommend. Thanks, Esther

Bruce M #3158 was on time, friendly, polite, and courteous. I appreciated that he wore covers on his shoes. Had the issue with our AC, figured out in less than an an hour. He knew the equipment well.

Customer service was very polite and receptive. An appointment was set up very quickly. I was very impressed that they accommodated someone with health and mobility issues, as I was not able to do without hot water. I was ecstatic with the service I received from Ron C. (Team member # RCW 1065) he was knowledgeable, helpful and very friendly! Reliance was very quick in sending a technician to address the issue with my hot water tank that leaked and was not working. Ron C. provided excellent service, very efficient, and easily did the work of two technicians seamless. The Installation was quick; the work area was left in clean condition at all times. He showed care and attention as he laid down the red carpet drop sheets as if I was being treated like royalty. When carefully carrying the water tanks in and out of our home without causing damage to our floors and staircase leaving no mess behind: very impressive. He also replaced the venting pipe so it meets the building code he sealed and caulked it completely. This type of quality workmanship is not seen very often. Ron C. is a team leader and supervisor material. I hope Reliance recognizes this dedicated worker and compensates him appropriately. Ron C. even went beyond his duty to make sure that my water lines had no air in them so when I turned on the taps the water would not splash all over us and he also cleaned the air raters to so no dirt and grime from was trapped in it wow. He also made me aware of additional services that I will take advantage of! Great work can’t thank you enough awesome JOB Ron C. (Team member # RCW 1065) :)).

We just purchased a furnace and a/c system. After getting 2 other quotes, we called back Jayson, from Reliance, because he was honest, straight-forward and made every effort to make sure that we were happy. He was the only one who told us about additional rebate programs that will save us $1,100 plus told us about the home energy audit that will save us even more, on our monthly bills! Rental Water went out of service on May8th,2015 at midnight, contacted Reliance service immediately and was assigned a technician for the next day. Tech arrived and said a part was needed and that it could not be obtained till Monday may 11th. After constant phoning and threats was reassigned a tech for Sunday May 10th. The technician Andre Dyer took on the responsibility and initiative to do his best stayed with the job 6 hrs doing 3 trips to get the required parts to fix the heater.He should really be commended for his sincerity and hard work. I gave him a 10/10 for his work.
