Hot water line on our rented Reliance tank developed leak. It was right on the elbow on the pipe coming out of the Reliance installed tank for which we generously pay almost $100 every quarter. The leak was enough to cause flooding in our basement, entire floor will have to be replaced. But that is not the reason for the review. The real reason is trying to reach Reliance for help. Tried to reach them whole Saturday, whole Sunday to get the elbow replaced so we could have water in the house (had to close main valve to stop leak). No answer at all from any number called, tried the sales line, billing line, they are all useless. Finally decided to call different plumber who fixed the leak. Thank you Reliance for absolutely nothing. That tank of yours is coming out and you can keep your crappy service for yourself.

I recently purchased a Rheem Air Conditioner for a new home build. From the start of the process with the sales rep Amy, to the install techs Alex and Josh, this whole experience was easy and hassle free. All persons involved were knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. I highly recommend them.

The technicians called before they arrived, they covered the floors and removed and installed the Goodman HVAC system. They worked very efficiently cleared up after the job was done and took time to explain to us the new HVAC system and how to maintain it at peak efficiency. The technicians were Tim Terpstra and Jason (??)

Our really old water heater had a leak and needed replacement, and at the same time we decided to upgrade to a larger one. Wes did a great job getting the new one installed and the old one gone in no time, including having to deal with replacing some of the pipe leading to the unit in order to fit it properly. He was also super-friendly and considerate with our kids around. Highly recommended.

We called Reliance when our furnace went out. Randy came to the house shortly after we called. (Team member #0924) He was very professional and answered all of our questions. He replaced the necessary parts and was very thorough in testing to make sure we wouldn't have further issues. Very happy with the service we received!

Gabriel Fazzolari came to our home and checked for a problem we had with our furnace. Very affable and knowledgeable technician who knows what he is doing. We are very satisfied for the service he rendered.

Had our water heater repaired. Ken was on time and very timely with the repair. The motor was replaced and unit was up and running again in about 20 min.

Very prompt, professional, knowledgeable, efficient and courteous service from the technicians (Josh & Brad) who fixed my gas hot water heater. They arrived within the promised window and called 15 minutes ahead of time. They wore "surgical booties" over their safety boots to ensure the cleanliness of my home. They replaced a faulty thermocouple which prevented the pilot from staying lit. In addition they cleaned the burner pan without being asked. They checked for gas leaks and ensured that the exhaust was drawing properly. The repair was executed to my satisfaction and I was charged a reasonable fee. I am delighted with the service I received. Also, when I called Reliance to first ask for help, I received very professional, accurate and courteous service from Diane.

Danny & Bruce are true professional who not only made sure the equipments work but also we understand how the equipments work. Excellent job and we will definitely recommend Reliance to other people!

We had a water heater put in a year ago and knew in short time we will have to get new furnance and Air. We were happy with our service and decided to use Reliance again and was so happy we did. From the sales guy to the service crew of Christine and Dave we could nt have had a better team. The next day after we talked to the salesmen we got a call at 7:30am and they asked if we were ok for them to come. These two service people were very thoughtfull and so very clean and also helped us understanding the new system. I would without a doubt reccomend this company. Thank You again Christine and Dave for all your hard work.
