    Hot water tank

    We woke up one morning to find our hot water tank was not working. The service we received from Reliance was exceptional. We spoke with the customer service line and they told us we would have someone to our house within 4 hours..AND THEY DID!! Paul W #2060 arrived within minutes of letting us know he was on his way. He arrived and got right to work. Paul was courteous, knowledgeable and before we knew it, we were up and running again.     furnace, AC & tankless water heater

    The salesperson Steve Mapletoft was great as well as the installers Andrew and Dan J. and others. I would recommend Reliance for customer satisfaction. We opted to rent and we feel we got a good deal!

    Furnace and A/C Unit

    I recently decided to replace my furnace. Reliance was one of several companies I contacted for an estimate. I was very impressed with the salesman, Darryl Cherry, who came to my home and answered all of my questions thoroughly. He provided several different options including renting a furnace, which I hadn't thought was possible. Darryl informed me of available government rebates which other companies hadn't explained very well. Darryl explained the importance of replacing the air conditioner at the same time as the furnace but I did not feel any pressure from him to do so. As a single mother, I appreciated Darryl's respectful manner and soft sales approach. He wasn't at all condescending and he didn't try to pressure me into a purchase on the spot. I ended up choosing Reliance because they offered competitive prices and because of Darryl's professionalism and no-pressure approach. I felt that he truly stood behind his product and that I could trust him. I ended up deciding to rent my furnace and air conditioner and I couldn't be happier. On the day of the installation (March 17, 2015), two technicians arrived at my home on time and did a great job of removing the old furnace and air conditioner, installing the new ones, and cleaning up the mess. Darryl, the salesman, even came during the installation to check in to make sure everything was going smoothly. About a week after the installation, I even received a hand-written thank you note from Darryl thanking me for my business. Although that may seem like a small gesture, I was impressed by it. When was the last time you had a hand-written thank you note from a salesman?

    Furnace problem

    Waited 20 mins for connection to live operator when our furnace conked out. Just before 9pm, no one available to come out, no heat until morning. First thing in the am Randy came -excellent! Had to locate piece-job well done!

    New Water Heater and piping due to leaking

    We woke up to a water leak this morning in our basement due to our water heater in which we rent from Reliance. I called reliance and they had Martin come out within an hour. He set us up with a new water heater! He was very knowledgeable and took his time to explain everything to me, even spoke to my boyfriend on the phone as I knew I would not be able to explain things properly later. He explained everything in so much detail for me to understand. We had to have new piping due to the code, which he again explained very well to me! Martin was very professional and thorough. Thank you Martin for all your help, we really appreciate it. I would recommended him to anyone in the London area, if your allowed to do so when calling reliance. Thank you to Martin and Reliance for making a stressful situation very easy! We're happy to be your customers!!!

    Home Heating

    I had a new high efficiency furnace installed today for my rental property in Sudbury and the sales rep Bill was very helpful in making the process run smoothly - he even bought me and the installers a pizza lunch during the install! Great guy and great company thank you Reliance , very highly recommendable. Also need to mention the installers Andrew and Dan who went above and beyond to make sure I was pleased with the job!!     Water heater replacement

    Our water heater started to leak on a Thursday. I called Reliance and they offered to schedule an appointment for the next day. Unfortunately, we could not be there on the Friday so we scheduled for Saturday morning. On Saturday morning, Jason (employee 3068) arrived early in the morning. He was able to quickly assess that the water heater needed to be replaced. Moreover, we also needed to replace the exhaust pipe to the exterior of our house. Although the job was less than easy (many bumps along the way), Jason was professional and efficient. We could not thank him enough for the outstanding job that he did. We are more than pleased with the work done by Jason.

    H2S

    Phoned Reliance about H2S smell from our hot water tank. They contacted a service representative who promptly came and installed different anodes. He also gave us hints on how to eliminate or at least reduce the problem. Very efficient service.

    Hot Water Heater Service

    When the hot water heater quit working we called Reliance Home Comfort. Scott W. the service representative from the Burlington office called with his ETA, arrived on time and expertly diagnosed and replace the faulty parts in about 20 minutes. Thanks Scott and Reliance.

    New Furnace and Air conditioner

    Rheem Model#R96V and Rheem Model# 14AJM Service was excellent, fast and reliable. Tommy Gianitsopulos, Mario Cristiano, and technicians were professional, personable and clean-working. Units are quiet, efficient and create a clean environment. Look forward to lower gas and electric bills. Very pleased with decision of purchase.
