I have always been very pleased with the service from Reliance, and this latest transaction is no exception. The sales rep Joe, was very informative and took the time to explain everything. the installers did a great job as well.

I had new water heater installation from Reliance. Two technician Josh Wynne and his partner Brad came for this service. They came on time and did the installation in the time frame that was scheduled for. They were very professional. I am very please with their service.

The response was quick. Our technician Jason (#1839) called us in advance and arrived on time. He was helpful and the repair was done in a quick and professional manner.

Hot water tank was broken. Called Reliance, first two techs could not fixed it. Had to call reliance three times. Third time, Jamie N (#0302) showed up, fixed it. He is professional, skilled, and polite.

Matt and Neil, the Installation Specialists are professional and efficient. The agreed package was delivered and installed on time. We've been a Reliance customer for years now and they did not on whats expected of them in terms of products and services.

They are helpful, with what has been done and why. They are on time, and professional with there work and work ethics. They cleaned up when done. Are good with follow up. Scott Donaldson has been very helpful with the whole project.

Service men are punctual, knowledgeable and helpful. If purchasing a unit to be installed by them, make sure the installers know if it is an upgraded unit so they do it properly.

No hot water. Called for repair at 10:30am. Was promised a service tech would come before 5pm.. I waited home all day.. at 4pm, I called to check on the arrival time.. I was told no service tech was schedule to come out today.. he was coming tomorrow.!! Seriously!! After I strong disagreed, and pushed for that same day visit, the service tech showed up at 6pm.. he was polite and apparently fixed it in 5 mins. he said the pilot light went out.. Wow, really? how could a pilot light go out and not light again? Well, he did get it working.. and then 5 hours later, we notice no hot water...I could get the pilot light light, but it would not stay on.. So we've called in again.. and our service tech is coming in tomorrow.. between 7am and 11am... Another day of military showers!!! Not HAPPY! I wish the service tech did some more tests... clearly there is more to this problem.. perhaps a thermo couple or gas fitting.. I will say the service tech was courteous but another day or cold showers is not making me happy...

this was the 2nd time in less 3 weeks i had them come out, though they were fast and pleascent,the worker 2nd time was Sheldon 3058 very nice all covered under warrenty windsor ont

Bruce and Danny did a great job with installation our new furnace and water heater despite the difficulties encountered due to power interruptions and tight in space to put in the pipes. They are professional, pleasant and deliver as promise. It was a great team work and we are happy with their service.
