    replace water tank

    Wes was very professional and pleasant. The hot water tank was leaking and my carpet was soaked....I was not happy. Wes was very understanding and had a very positive attitude. He identified the problem immediately and worked efficiently to correct with a smile and pleasant demeanor. Thank you Wes!

    Fix Furnace

    I just had my furnace fixed by Heqiang Zhang, Service Technician with Reliance Home Comfort. Not only did he quickly and efficiently fix the furnace, he also provided valuable home advice on furnace maintenance. As a new home owner, I am very grateful. Thank you Reliance Home Comfort.

    Furnace Repair

    I'd like to Thank again Dave #836 and Kristen#1455 for the great and professional Service we received at Home to repair our Furnace, really appreciate you provide electric heaters to be able to keep our Home warm for the time we wait for the pieces that were received in less than 24 hours, My family could enjoy a confortable night. Contratulations for the Excellent Service!!!

    21 Point Precsision Tune-Up

    replace a hot water tank and chimney

    My hot water tank broke and I called Reliance. They sent a technician called Josh W. DAA0985. He assessed the situation very quickly and immediately ordered and had delivered all the parts he needed to fix the chimney and replace the hot water tank. I was very impressed with the knowledge of this young man. He was efficient and did beautiful work in a very short time. He picked up on other things that needed done and verified everything before he left. He took the time to explain everything and was very reassuring. I was worried and he told me not to worry he would look after everything and he did. Thank you sincerely for the excellent service. I highly recommend Josh. thanks again Sylvie

    Service call for Furnice noise

    Bruce was most helpful and courteous for this service call. It was very thoughtful of him to wear booties on his feet as well. He even provided additional information on how to self clean our HRV system. We've been very happy with Reliance as our service provider and we have our equipment on a maintenance schedule. Thanks Bruce!

    Water tank

    Trusted Advisor Sahil Sharif was very helpful and got the job nicely done. He had great customer service skills and was a very good man in general. He had even taught me some techniques on the job which i thought was amazing.

    Furnace and AC

    I would like to thank Amy and Bill's team for the excellent job they have done at my place. Amy was so helpful in providing advices and support whenever you need. Bill's installation team showed up right on time despite of heavy fog in the morning and completed an amazing installation within just a few hours. I will recommend these people to my friends.

    cutomer protection plan

    Signed up for the plan 1.5 years ago. Had 2 emergency service calls for furnace breakdowns. Both times the contractor never showed up at all and never called, despite me calling and confirming several times that I was scheduled and home waiting. Had to reschedule both times and lose time off work waiting for service. Despite assurances, have never had the contractor call before arriving as they are supposed to. This service is subcontracted by Reliance to others, and there is no recourse for the customer besides quitting the plan. UNRELIANT HOME COMFORT!

    Furnace Repair

    Our furnace stopped working on January 3 so we called Reliance who we have a paid contract with for the last 10 years. This was the start of the very cold weather . They couldn't come until some time on Sunday because the service guys were on already scheduled calls. I asked of maybe a maintenance service call could be rescheduled so the technician could come to us since we have no furnace. That was not an option they said, we would have to wait for Sunday. When the guy showed up he said it was the igniter , he replaced it on the spot but it didn't fix it. So he said it was the curcuit board and he would have to order the part. Another guy came on Monday but didn't have the right tools because his truck broke down and he had to use a different truck. He called someone else who showed up later Monday evening. It took him quite a while to install the curcuit board and the furnace still didn't work. So he says it was the motor and would have to order one. In the meantime, it is very cold, many calls to the customer service who were extremely rude and told me I needed to be patient. I asked her how the heat at her office and home was. I called Tues but the part wasn't coming until some time Wed. I asked if there was any other place in Ontario that had the motor that they could get on Tues. Apparently the only place that had couldn't send it until Wed. The fourth technician arrived, installed the motor and the furnace didn't work. He was there for hours , with the conclusion that the reason the furnace didn't work was a loose wire. It took 5 days, 4 technicians, dozens of phone calls to customer service, for a loose wire.
