Tom, the Customer/ Sales Rep did a good job and had a good knowledge of what he presented, explained it clear, even showed how much we can save and assured it with guarantee, a jolly person, very comfortable to talk to. Charlie the technician, did an excellent job at installing the furnace, air conditioner, tankless water heater, even replaced parts rusting caused by the old coils, they also cleaned their mess. Were a lot more comfortable now than before. Definitely recommend it to friends. Thumbs up to Reliance.

Its going on three years now and my furnace still doesn't work properly. They been here several times still cant get it to work right stuck with a lemon.Still waiting to here from them as to what could be wrong. They grantee no lemons in writing. But I have one. Last night call for service check furnace was on if I call they just say cant find nothing wrong or they change the thermoset then it will just say the same thing later and they just do the same thing.

Gurmeet Singh came to our house because out water heater was not working. He was able to quickly diagnose the issue and solved the problem. He replaced the water heater with in 30 minutes. He also gave me great insight on our Furnace and recommended a few upgrade options. Thank you Gurmeet for you great service.

Water tank and piping replaced on March 22 2015. Great work and customer care by #1808 Ryan Clancy. Professional, courteous, clean job. Conscientious employee, was on time and there was no disruption. Thank you Reliance.

Firstly had a technician Kyle who was here for annual maintenance check. Great customer service & provided honest assessment of my existing old units & recommended I talk with Dean Timpany. Contacted Dean & arranged for a complete assessment of options. Both were very professional. Dean was very punctual, thorough & provided options & a recommendation. Once a decision was made he followed up both by email & then a personal call to check in on installation day. He was also very prompt to answer a question I had emailed the night b4 installation. Overall very pleased with the customer service. Installation techs appear very knowledgeable & are doing a great job ensuring the area stays clean with no damage. Thanks to all Dale

Installed a tankless water heater, smooth process and next day installation, no complains at all. Hamid is a very friendly and knowledgeable advisor, P.J. and screw did a great job. I would recommend both of them to everyone.

Technician was great. true professional and let me know how to save money on energy efficiency. was very quick and got job done. Very impressed. He did not over charge..was very fair.

I had to call Reliance to service my water heater because it wasn't working. The operator was great and I only had to wait a couple of hours before they arrived. John C. was very friendly and was quick to complete the job. I was very satisfied with the whole process.
