Spencer was a friendly and professional sales person that worked hard to meet our needs and within our budget. Installation was very smooth- on time, clean, and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend to a friend.

Noticed a small gas leak with my tankless water heater. When I called customer service they were very pleasent and quick. Two technicians were promptly at my home and resolved the situation and explained exactly how they fixed the issue. The customer service by the technicians was outstanding and their vast knowledge was evident. Very happy with this company. I highly recommend. They left their card and also informed me to contact them personally if I have any issues or questions. The card referenced Chad and Craigon; prifessional and pleasent, pride in their career shows.

I spoke to carol who was in Ishawa from reliance she had someone come out to look at my hot water tank.. she was so pleasant and gave me lots of tips. She had Brian team member # RCB2315 come out within 4 hours. He was super friendly, explained everything and saw that our hot water heater was in really bad shape. I thought I would get a crappy replacement, as I have heard stories. But he gave us a really really nice one, it was awesome and he has it installed and working within 45 minutes. I was really impressed with his customer service. Both Carol from the call center and Brian were delights to talk to. I will be staying with reliance and will spread the good word. I recently had a central air system installed from Reliance. It was one of the best experiences due to the helpfulness of my rep Jill. She made sure to recommend a product that fit my needs and budget and kept involved including after the installation. I would highly recommend them.

The Reliance Homecomfort plan is great as no cost for a visit. Our furnace stopped working and when I called was able to get an appointment first thing the next morning. Chris B. #907 called before he came, was very professional as well as friendly, and after fixing the issue, explained it to me. Very happy with service!

Gary was extremely friendly, as well as knowledgeable, when it came to discussing purchasing a tankless water heater, as well as replacing our furnace. He went above and beyond when he showed up on the installation day to ensure that the installation was going smoothly.

Our Technician John arrived promptly and performed the job professionally. He was courteous, very knowledgeable and great to work with. I would give him the highest rating available. And as he was leaving he made sure to tidy the area and left it clean and ready to go. Thanks to John we now have plenty of hot water for our family!

Our furnace stopped working. Called Reliance to service. HVAC Service Tech Gabriel Fazzolari was amazing. He opened up the furnace and explained the problem. He used "simple language" for me to understand. He explained worst case scenario, which unfortunately it was. We need a new furnace and our current one had to be shut off. He made all the arrangements for someone to come to our house to explain our options. He also fixed our fireplace (replaced wire) so we would have a heat source. Very happy with the service provided and the reassurance. Thank you!!!
