When my furnace stopped working Gary (team member # 0793) did a fantastic job for us. He worked very quick and also very friendly. I do really appreciate his work.

Chris and Dan are exceptional installers. Very professional. As soon as they came into the house it was boots off and the floor where they had to be was completely covered. Their workmanship is without reproach. They were very polite and the clean-up was outstanding. Once they left, no one could tell they had been in the house and everything was in working condition. Good work guys!

So far so good, Salesman "Dean Timpany" was very helpful. Everything is being installed this week. Service so far has been good. If the installation goes as good as the ordering of our new units, I'll be a happy happy guy.

I am very pleased with the service that I received today.I had two very pleasant and informant installers, Andrew and Dan J. They answered any questions I may have had and walked me through all the work they performed. They left absolutely no mess behind and for this I'm grateful. They showed me how to use all the new equipment and if I didn't understand they showed me again. I had an agent here on Friday and the equipment was installed on Monday, now that's great service. Eren, Mike & Brad are very pleasant young men. It was a pleasure doing business with them and having them in my home. Eren was very knowledgeable, he explained fully what we were getting and what to expect when the install crew arrived. THANKS EREN. Went on vacation and our house hit almost 30 degrees (in March!). When we got back I called Reliance to come have a look. Turns out nothing was wrong, but our air handler was heating the house slowly by using the hot water and the constant fan running. Bryan M (#3705) was on-time, polite, professional and informed me about how the system operates. Good experience overall!

Bryan M. was on time, informative, and did a great job repairing our furnace - very personable. I would recommend the Heating Protection Plan to anyone with an older furnace - this repair would have cost us $800, but we didn't have to pay anything with the plan.

Tim Terpstra of Reliance Home Comfort installed the furnace and air conditioning. He was courteous, efficient, professional and took the time to explain the new products and how they worked. We would definitely recommend his services again.

We woke up Saturday morning to no heat. home reliance technician Dave came and reported furnace condemned. Kyle came shortly after with space heaters and options for us. Monday morning brought Matt and Neil bright and early. They were fast and efficient as they installed our new furnace and AC units. Very polite and friendly. Very impressed.

Our Furnace and Air Conditioner was put in by the builder when we bought our house 19 years ago so it was time to replace. We went out and requested 4 bids only received 3. All three where very competitive in terns of price (only about a $600 spread). Jesse McLean, the Home Comfort Advisor from Reliance however was the main difference in the bids along with the Warranty that Reliance offered. Jesse took all the time we needed to inspect our system, our home, listen to our needs and propose what we thought met exactly what we wanted/needed. The great service by Reliance continued with the install. The Technicians showed up to the minute on the day that the install was scheduled. They went hard at it removing our old equipment and installing the new. They were very efficient, tidy in our house and respectful of us being there during the install. And when they were done and finished a great clean up, they took the time to walk us through what they had done, the operation of our new equipment, answered all our questions and then told us what to do should a question or issue arise. Truthfully, we were not expecting a pleasant experience with this purchase because of all the bad stories, but in reality, Reliance gave us a very good experience from the decision process all the way through the installation process.
