I had the best service technician from Reliance to my home. Dave S. #1618. We have had issue fro 8 years with our York Furnace. Dave came out knew exactly the problem and fixed it and stayed until he could prove that it was fixed. He was patient and courteous. GC

We were very please with Rodney Wiens as he was very knowledgeable, friendly and kept in contact with us during installation. Mike M RCH 1249 and Rob D who were the installers of our furnace and air conditioner were professional and their workmanship was excellent. Matt F RCH 2402 installed our hot water tank we also found him to be professional, and answered all our questions and did a great job. The installers left the work area clean and tidy. We are extremely please with reliance equipment and staff.

I recently replaced my troublesome 15-year old furnace, knowing how this industry is saturated with untrustworthy companies, so after doing a bit of research about reputable companies, i contacted Reliance to have a quote for a new high performance gas furnace, the salesman Hamid was prompt, knowledgeable and courteous, he provided a number of options but i settled for the very best Carrier. Four days later, the installation technicians Idris Salimi and Scott were at our house 1 hour before the appointment ! and explained the whole process and how long it will likely take. They were meticulous and even did some plumbing work to make sure our water heater vent as up to standard and all work was done as agreed with Hamid. The installation went successfully and work was done within the estimated 5hrs! Overall these guys did an amazing job and i would definitely recommend Reliance to anyone considering HVAC work done in their home.

Requested a new water tank to replace the old one. No questions asked. Call Tuesday & installed Thursday right on schedule. Employee Keith #Rcw2024 did a professional job from start to finish, I'll be with this company for a long time.

I purchased a furnace in December of 2014. The installers were clean and professional and did a good job. I did have an issue with the billing but that was eventually resolved to my satisfaction.

Our furnace stopped working on one of the coldest days of winter. Within a few hours, Jason N. had repaired the furnace and restored heat to our house. Thanks for the quick and friendly service. With the comfort protection plan all labour and parts were no charge.

My scheduled time was later in the day and they called to ask for an earlier time which was great for me. The person (#120) was very courteous and informative and at the end gave me a card for HomeStars. I was happy because after he left my first job was to find a plumber. I would have them return any time. Well done Reliance!

Ryan L.team member 2313 was quick and efficient and most helpful . I called Reliance today at 1:30 and by 2:30 we had Ryan here installing our new hot water heater.He went above andbeyond assiting with thehookup .Thank You Ryan

It's a monthly cost to me, but well worth it. I think the service man that came here today #1655 was just wonderful. People skills, fast efficient, clean and tidy, assured that everything was in working order. Great sense of humor !!! Fast and efficient service. Called at around 9 a.m. they where here at around 10 a.m. !! Well it is now 24 hours after the fact. The poor fellow had to be called back due to my FAULTY WATER HEATER, and I will stress faulty water heater ! It was completely out of his control. What are the chances of having a brand new water heater that is faulty ?? Just before Friday the 13th no less. Anyway, I am satisfied with the laborer, but not the equipment. So I lost 2 days of pay, over 100 gallons of water and the sun is shining ! Sei la vie

Technician Barry was efficient. Explained what he was doing and offered advise on future savings. Arrived on time, wore protective shoe coverings. Took less time than what I thought. Very Polites
