In time and efficient. Overall project ran smothly. The installors, the sales, And service were great. Would recommend reliance highly after thus. Furnance brook on wednesday and we had a new up and running Friday.

My furnace stopped working in an extremely cold day. I contacted Reliance Home Comfort for a new furnace and they sent me one of their comfort consultants to our home early in the afternoon. The sales process was good and easy and Karnick managed to get an installation crew to show up at our door within 2 hours. The installers were absolutely amazing. They first covered the floor & explained what area of the house they will be working on and how long the job would take. They really worked hard that night and were very polite. They finished within the time frame that they had told us. Their manager Dan later showed up that evening & installed our new thermostat. He also showed me how to operate it remotely and answered all our questions. The installation team were from a company called Air Leaders Inc. and they are under contract for Reliance Home comfort in our area. Thank You Reliance for your great service and a job well done.

Installed a new rental furnace/AC system. The guys (Rob and Mike) were polite, efficient and did excellent work. They also "cleaned up" some electrical, tubing and plumbing work from my previous installation that was marginal. A positive experience. Also Kudos to Brad for helping me select the system and do the paperwork.

Adam L. #1234 was very helpful, cordial and completed the repair very quickly, which was very much appreciated, given the current outside temperature. I`d add that the parts and labour of the repair were fully covered by the Comfort Home Protection Plan, which saved a one-time out-of-pocket expense of $765. Definitely worth the monthly expense.

Talking to John 5209 we were informed on our options and plan a time to install new Amana 1000 and A/C, Josh and Chris worked to install the new system and they did a great job, Steve Danchak installed the tankless water heater a few days later. Everything is better than ever. Thanks to all, Good Job

I am very satisfied with the whole process of buying a furnace from Reliance. Darius Chichgur Has been tremendous in helping us throug the buying decision, instaltion and any follow up issues that we had. Timelines was great And I would recommend Reliance to anyone who is looking for a new furnace.

I just switched over to Reliance Home Comfort and so far I am impressed. I called in the morning and the water heater was installed in the afternoon. Tech Phil Consiglio was very meticulous and did an excellent job installing our new water heater.

I had an awful loud sound coming from my furnace, John came to my home and knew exactly what the problem was. He fixed my problem in a timely manner and his quality of work was great. My home is once again quiet.

Woke up to a freezing house. Called reliance(we pay warranty coverage). They had someone at our house within a few hours and he fixed the problem in less then 30mins. No charge for visit if part. So happy to pay for the extra coverage. Not the first time we've had to use it and haven't paid extra yet.

I made a call when i noticed my furnace stopped working fast great service from the guy on the phone who set me up quickly with someone to come out and fix the issue within 2 hours he was here great service from the repairman Roch C. had it fixed quickly thanks. I had heating protection plan glad i had it.
