our water heater not working. A repair person was here within 2 hours of calling. Philip was friendly, quick and helpful. Philip told us the problem and had the repair completed in minutes. He wore little booties over his shoes even though I said not worry about it. Philip also told me how to contact reliance for any future problems. So helpful Thank you!!

Rob MacLean was very helpful and professional. Similarly Matt Santos did a great job of explaining our options in a friendly professional manner. The installation (done by Act Mechanical) was very smooth. They were friendly, helpful, cooperative and did an excellent job.

My 19 year old furnace was dying and I have had such good customer service with Reliance that I decided to purchase my new furnace and A/C with them. The installers Dean and Sherry were great had everything up and running (except the A/C when the snow melts) gave me instructions on the running of everything. Took great pains to ensure that they did not get any dirt on my carpet. Excellent ambassadors for your services and products.

My tankless boiler was leaking and the Reliance specialist recommended replacement of the old boiler with a Flomax unit. Reliance staff were very responsive and the installation crew from Shad's Heating did an awesome and efficient job. Many thanks to Ben and Aaron for being so friendly and informative.

I had been having issues with the hot water heater not supplying enough hot water. There were three service calls and all the advisors were very professional and shared their expertise on what the problem was. Steve Hutchison and Philip Sirek were very professional and polite and made a bad experience a good experience with both of them. Philip just came and changed the deep tube and so far we have hot water continuously. Overall experience was excellent with staff, would recommend Reliance because of them. Thank you.

Our 14 year old rental water heater was due for replacement. It just wasn't doing the job anymore. Reliance dispatched Martin to investigate. He called me from the site to inform me that the heater could be replaced NO CHARGE but the vent pipe was no longer up to code and had to be replaced. He could not install the new heater without this update. I told him to go ahead. I was pleasantly surprised to arrive home less than 2 hours later and he was almost finished. He used protective mats to protect our hardwood floors and had a powered cart to move the heaters up and down the steps without damage. Martin is a friendly and courteous technician who took the time to explain all that was done and walk us through the features and controls on the new heater. He is an asset to Reliance and I would be happy to have him do work for me again.

Service guy arrived(Adam) He was friendly .he did a good job. It was quick clean and tidy .the problem was fixed and then he was gone. They were great and professional.

Techs Daniel and Chris arrived on time to install a new furnace and AC unit. The guys were polite and very professional in their duties. All of my questions were answered regarding the new equipment as well as issues with a previous install of my old AC unit. All work was completed on time and the work area cleaned up. Everyone from Pat, Shon, Steve, Daniel B. and Chris Z. did an outstanding job!.

Called cause my furnace wouldn't start, Robert the technician was here within a couple of hours had everything fixed in no time! He was pleasant,quick and efficient!! I'm really glad I sign up for service with Reliance Home Comfort!
