furnace and air conditioner replace
Was happy with salesperson at first. When problems arose after the sale I found him very uninterested in my issues.I also found that some of the information provided during the sale pitch on renting was false.
Service men who installed the equipment were very friendly however left without proper instruction how to operate thermostat and left taking the instruction book. Made attempts to get the instruction book however was not returned. I was not told that Rheem(manufacturer of the thermostat) does not have an essential component to operate the wireless feature of the unit.
Had to get a service person in several days after install to set up thermostat. It was at that time I discovered the furnace humidifier was wired improperly. The service man (James F #1807) was extremely helpful and courteous and was able to fix the problems.
