    furnace service

    I have a monthly service contract for my furnace and air conditioner. I think it costs 29.99 per month. I called today at about 10:30 because my house was at 13 celsius. The person on the phone was very nice and the service technician came during the time I booked and solved the problem. He was cheerful, professional and also gave me helpful advice. I'm very thankful...and my house is warming up back to normal.

    Furnace Repair

    We called at 5:30am to inform furnance was not working we requested appointment at 1:00pm. We called again to confirm at 11:30 the urgency and was informed latest 2:00pm , We called again at 2:30 and informed to wait another hour. Each time we called we stated we had a 12 month baby and the house was getting very cold for the infant. The technician finally arrived at 3:30pm stated he only received the dispatch 20 minutes prior! Once the technician arrived the service was quick and fixed Excellent work on his part. Disappointed in the dispatching service.

    Waterheater, gas exhaust pipe replacement

    Our water heater of 8 years old had developed a leak. I called Reliance and within 4 hours I had their service advisor (Steve) come and diagnose the problem. Steve returned the following morning and installed a new unit. Done very efficiently and Steve definitely was a great professional. I would definitely recommend Reliance for their great service. Great job guys Thanks.

    Hot water tank install

    I had many problems with communicating with Reliance. I found their customer service wanting. There were many snags along the way. I signed my contract for a water tank in October of 2014 and it was not installed until Feb of 15, this being said, i was compensated for the inconvenience and the install crew, Ecohome Energy, were amazing. Saul is truly a master of his trade and was prepared for every contingency and problem that the install presented him with. He stayed until the job was done and he was sure that all was working, Further to this, it was a very snowy day outside and they were careful not to track snow all through my house. Very professional overall. I am hesitant to recommend reliance, however, I would like to thank Saul and Jessie for their work. Despite all the mixups, their service and work was impeccable. Ecohome highly recommended, reliance, not so much.

    repair of furnace.

    we were having problems with the heat in home. there were problems with the furnace. we called to report the issue. the contact person on the phone was very nice and extremely helpful. she asked that we check a few things before a service agent was sent out. we did what she asked but they did not help. I have a senior citizen living in the home and was hoping that we would not have to wait till tomorrow to receive help. she informed me that she would have an agent out that day within the time I called and 2 o'clock. Mike called a little after 1 and was here in 2 min. He was very nice and explained everything he was doing to my husband. told him what was wrong and how he was going to fix it. he then told my husband what to listen for and look for in future so he would know what was happening if it should happen again. Mike was extremely nice and treated our home and us with the utmost respect. you should be very proud of your employees and I would not think twice about calling for help again. I would also assure anyone who asked that to do business with you would be a no brainer.

    Furnace

    Bruce M. #3158 was my Trusted Advisor. He was very capable handling the issue immediately. Bruce possesses excellent customer service skills; he was very patient, looked after my needs and answered all pertinent questions that I had related to manage my furnace effectively.

    Furnace Replacement

    I just wanted to send you a quick note and say thank you to Reliance!! You have awesome employees who were able to help me out over the weekend. My furnace went, of course on a Friday, and Reliance came out to check it out and realized that it was emitting CO into my home and shut it down right away (Saved my family). Also had a wonderful man by the name of Glen that made arrangements to come to my home on Sunday to give me all of my options for replacement. I am happy to report that I will get a new furnace tomorrow thanks to your team!!!! Thanks again to Reliance!!! I really don’t know what I would have done without you guys!!!! Thank you Thank you Thank you!!!!!

    Water Tank repair service

    Last Wednesday night, due to the very low temperature, one of the water pipe was broken inside the wall. We didn’t find if at the beginning as the burst pipe was inside the wall, but we saw a lot of water around our water tank, so we thought the water tank was leaking water. The next day morning at 8:00am we called the service line for repairing, and we were told the technician would be our home between 10am~2pm. Unfortunately, Reliance didn’t go through their word, until 2:10pm, still no one showed up, we had to call them again and told them we have been waiting for more than 6 hours as they stated the technician may come between 10am~2pm. I was very unsatisfied with their service due to this delay. However, the reason I give 10 points to them is because one of their technician named Phillip C really helped us a lot and due to his help, things were getting better. Phillip came to my house right away after I called Reliance again. After checking our water tank, Phillip helped us to find the burst water pipe (obviously Reliance won’t fix the water pipe) and since we don’t have any experience regarding this, so we don’t know who we have to call to fix the pipe. Phillip was very glad to help us to make the phone call and explained the situation to the plumbing company. He also told us how to deal with the moist wall and how to make phone call to the insurance company to make claim. He even wrote down the steps for us so that we can follow it up. He is so patient to explain what we need to do and those good suggestions were out of his responsibility I believe. Now things are getting better, the burst water pipe was fixed and the wet floor will be fixed in future since insurance company will pay for the cost. Phillip is definitely a very good guy with professional manner and very helpful, if we need help in future, we will call him first for help and recommend to my friend for sure.
