A long story short.....I decided to get a new HVAC from Reliance of which they told me was the infinity was the best on the market ...they claimed it would take 8 hours to install.....it actually took 12 hours ...they left the house and it was still not completed....i even bought them supper....different technicians arrived stating that it was installed incorrectly so it took several more hours....once installed the system kept shutting off...after several technicians (more than 7 because no one could tell me what was wrong with the system) and several months (1 year actually) of constantly calling Home Reliance and the manager (trust me when i said they do not return calls as it is up to you)... they finally figured out that they install a system way to large for my home...so they replace the entire system will a smaller one....please note that my system was over heating therefore constantly shutting on and off during the winter months.......one day they did not show up for 12 hours during a day it was -18....ps...I have a 2 year old. By the way, we also had several no shows during this entire event.....very frustrating. Anyways, this was eventually resolved.... now that our system was working well and as the year progressed we called for our yearly maintenance.....a no show of course..... than they showed up after several calls without a filter.....more time passes and we call for yearly maintenance again... last week ....the technician shows up with no filter (states customer service never told him)therefore says he will not do the service and promises to get the filter on Monday and come back ....of course Monday rolls around and no show... i call back again ....technician shows up today and of course no filter...now it is on order and i have to wait
Please note that every time i call customer service they tell me that they inform the technician of the unit, model etc therefore they will have everything on hand to finish the regular maintenance call.....
