Josh Wynne came to our home to fix our intermittent hot water supply. Did an outstanding job. Checked and rechecked. Highly recommended. HE was very patient and thorough and we are very satisfied with the quality of work.

I had Ken Hill diagnose why I had no hot water. Diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed the problem. Personable and friendly. He explained the problem,then he went to the next call.

We needed a new furnance and water heater. A friend recommended Amy from Reliance so we called her and made an appointment. By the way, we did get a couple of other quotes before taking to Amy. Amy was absolutely incredible with her knowledge and information she gave us. Because of her visit and the enjoyment of dealing with her, we went with Reliance. We were very happy with the service people and the whole package deal with Reliance. After six months we had a question and Amy once again pulled through for us. She an amazing person to deal with. She knows her stuff and is so easy to be around. Thank you Amy and the team at Reliance.

have not had hot water since friday jan 2. have had two techs come out first said he would order the part, temporary fixed it .second tech same.told part would be here between 2-6 on monday 6:30 still nothing

This will be the coldest week of the winter & we woke up to no heat! We called Reliance around 6am. Jason Silva made us the first call of the day (around 7:30am), and got our furnace working quickly. He was so very pleasant and explained exactly what he did. Excellent service! Thank you!!!

The technician, Adam Walker, who serviced our furnace which wasn't working properly, was very efficient and professional. We signed up for the heating protection plan. My husband and I were happy with the service we received.

Very professional, great service, very satisfied with the sales and installation of the system. The sales person Darius was very knowledgeable and informative, and the installation went very smoothly and fast. Would recommend this company 100%.

Clay Jung came in this morning to fix our hot water tank. Every employee should be like Clay. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain what he was doing in simple terms. Please send Clay for all future repairs to my home.

Had hot water problems, after ruling out the hot water tank, found out the motor in the furnace was no good. After a few days to get the part it was fixed. Thanks to Joe who took ownership of this from start to finish and ensured we were comfortable throughout.
