Emergency Service -Warranty
Our Brand New Smart Air 2000 System 2.0T [costing-$9,400.00 cash] failed just after 4 months. A New part had to be ordered. We were out of heat and NO space heaters were available from Reliance Customer Service. The next day, after numerous phone calls to RCS with NO positive response, Paul W. #2060 found the part at a warehouse while searching for space heaters. He called us and rushed over to install the part [A Pressure Switch]. Without the diligence of Paul W. #2060 we would have been without heat and heaters for another 2 days and nights.
