    Emergency Service -Warranty

    Our Brand New Smart Air 2000 System 2.0T [costing-$9,400.00 cash] failed just after 4 months. A New part had to be ordered. We were out of heat and NO space heaters were available from Reliance Customer Service. The next day, after numerous phone calls to RCS with NO positive response, Paul W. #2060 found the part at a warehouse while searching for space heaters. He called us and rushed over to install the part [A Pressure Switch]. Without the diligence of Paul W. #2060 we would have been without heat and heaters for another 2 days and nights. Thank You - Paul W. #2060.

    Furnace and AC System

    Our furnace stopped working late afternoon Dec. 30th 2014. I started looking for good company to replace my furnace, I found "Book a FREE, In-Home Consultation and Quote" on the website of "Reliance", Next morning somebody called and asked for a time to come. The person named "Darius Chichgur" came discussed the issue and explained about the new heating system. Early next day two guys showed up with new efficient furnace and installed it within 3 - 4 hours. They again came on 2nd Jan 2015 and installed the highly efficient AC and Water Heating System. Excellent work done. Very professional and timely service. Thank you Darius and your team!

    Furnice Repair

    Dave S. #1618 was the technician that came to service my furnace. He was extremely nice and jovial. He paid realy close attention to my concerns and he continually explained what he was doing and why he was doing it. As a daily problem solver myself i really appreciated that. If ever i need my furnace repaired again in the future (knock on wood) i would request that he personally was sent out to my house again. thanks Dave

    water heat tank

    We received service from Otto reliance technician and he went above and beyond to help us resolve our hot water issue right away. Very professional and you can tell he really likes his job. Every service should be provided this way

    Reliance Home Comfort

    The service was brilliant. The service worker who came to fix our hot water, worked quickly, knew what he was doing, and was very respectful. I was very pleased with the service.

    Furnace and AC replacement

    Total heat and ac sytem replacement in a day. New rental equipment with full maintenance package included. Timely, knowledgeable, efficient, courteous service. Tim Terpstra was more than willing to answer questions and explain the system to me.

    furnace and water heater repair

    I called Reliance and spoke to john vandebovenkamp with issues concerning my furnace and water heater. They came out promptly and both workers, one being Randy, were thorough and impressionable! Thank-you! The cost was covered by my rental and maintenance coverage agreements.

    Furnace service

    our furnace stopped working late afternoon Jan 1st/2015. We called the maintenance number and were told somebody would be at our house Jan 2nd between 7 am - 11 am. James showed up around 9 am, determined it was the motor, told us he'd be back with a new one within one hour. One hour later, he came back with a new motor, replaced it, cleanup up the furnace!. Very professional and timely service. Thank you James!

    Furnace not working

    We had Marcel from Rescom in after we called Reliance Home Comfort. He was there two hours earlier than we expected and gave great service. I would highly recommend this service in the future
