Reliance recently installed a new furnace and air conditioner for me. Mike from Sales took time to explain the products thoroughly and was helpful. The two installers (Jeff and Bill W.) were excellent. They worked diligently, were polite and very professional. Upon finishing after a long day, they took time to ensure that I understood the equipment and was comfortable with its operation.

I was very fortunate to have two young and very pleasant fellows (Joe and Jake) install a new furnace. As I have an old home, there was a great deal of alterations and updating. They even had to move heavy appliances out of the way. They did an excellent job in a minimal amount of time. Thank you :)

My Furnace wasn't working I had no heat, so a friend recommended reliance home comfort , I called and had a visit within 2 hours from Darius Chichgur on Sunday Nov 2/14. Everything was then explained to me his customer service was excellent. Monday the 3rd everything was installed, by Tuesday Nov 4th everything was looked over and working perfectly.

Got a brand new furnace, tankless installed contractor from out of town did a horrible job furnace did work Robert from reliance came took pictures said that his boss will call be So they can fix all the mistakes the other guys did. Robert was kind and polite,,,, my furnace has heat now but I'm still waiting for them to fix the other problems.

Excellent update and sales presentation by Matt Santos. Met all of his commitments and delivered on time for the installation. Installation went very well. Harry the installer was excellent, good people skills and made sure all the details were covered ie: humidifier hose replaced, vent pipe in and out replaced, clean up after. Excellent experience
