Service
Ian was great! He was professional, knowledgeable and he got the job done. Customer support on the phone could have been better. Booking the initial appointment should not have been SO difficult. Person on the phone had trouble addressing my needs, was confusing, and kept trying to sell me services I didn't want while ignoring the service I was asking for. Then she told me that my propane fireplace could not be serviced, even though the same company has serviced it for about 10 years. After this headache, I almost gave up entirely trying to book the appointment. Finally I got the appointment booked. The service manager could have been better at relaying accurate information to me on the phone after the first appointment. Overall, I am satisfied with the service because despite the poor phone communication the technician came and did what he was supposed to and my fireplace is in working order just in time for the cold weather :)
