    Leaking humidifier

    Heqiang Zhang came to fix a leaking humidifier attached to my furnace. He did that easily and then discovered that the thermostat for the humidifier was not attached. He did this quickly and efficiently. I was very impressed with his attitude and helpfulness.

    Furnace installation

    Service men arrived at 8:30 am, very personable, and friendly... job was completed by 3:00pm. Cleaned up after themselves. Went over and above. From Sales to installation this was a very professional and high quality experience. Thank you.

    Hot Water Service

    Joe G. was professional, arrived within the booked time slot, phoned ahead with an ETA. Not only Joe fixed the problem, he explained the cause and also provided advice regarding the furnace and duct work.

    New Goodman furnace

    I just had a new furnace installed by a dedicated Reliance crew. There names were Matt and Neil. They arrived fully briefed on what the requirements were and went about their job with no fuss or mess. There were a couple of technical issues that had to be resolved and with a little brainstorming among the 3 of us a resolution was reached. The work was completed in good order and they left the area as clean and neat as they found it. A side note is shortly after they left there was a problem with the furnace and a service tech was called in. It was found that in the initial construction of the furnace a number of screws were not tightened which resulted in a condensation leak that was directly above the circuit board. This could have been a costly mistake but as it turned out the service tech called Paul W. fixed the problem and all is fine now.

    Schedules for new water heater

    Your Reliance Supervisor Patty Picarelli help customer like to schedule water heater technicians to change new water heater. 1/ Spvr. Patty responses promptly, when first staff said she will call back in an hour. Indeed Spvr. Patty call back within 15 min. 2/ Hard working lady for 10 hours shift say 2NOV(Sunday) 8am to 6pm. She may even can work for 12 hours shift if requested. For Manager Della Motta it is a fortune to have Spvr. Patty Picarelli . in your management team.. Thank you ! Wishing you all the best !

    New boiler

    We had Daniel and Chris. They spent all day here installing it. We were very impressed with them. They were polite, cleaned up after themselves, took the time to explain everything to us. We would definitely recommend them to friends and family

    Heater

    Tom was very friendly. He was very patient and explained the whole process thoroughly. He knew what he was doing and provided great customer service.I would recommend this company to others.

    Furnace

    Our furnace was malfunctionning and making louder than usual noises. We called the company who sent a technician to fix it that same day! The technician arrived within the time designated. He was extremely courteous and knowlegeable. He did an overhaul on our furnace in a timely manner, cleaning any mess left behind. He also took time to address all our questions and concerns. Robert is the greatest technician we have dealt with and your company is very fortunate to have him as an employee. Thanks again for the wonderful service!

    Furnace Red Tag

    First time caller to Reliance based on the reviews from Homestars, and I am so happy that I did. Robert Maclean came out and inspected the furnace that was red tagged when Enbridge shut the gas to my home off due to an underground leak. Robert did a thorough inspection and determined that the furnace was in working order and gave us heat on the coldest day yet! I was impressed with Robert's nice attitude, attention to detail, and he took the time to answer every question I threw at him. I will definitely be calling Robert again for other service calls, but absolutely when it comes time to replace the furnace and a/c that we currently have. Thank you Robert. If I could rate you 11/10, I most certainly would!
