Dear, Mr. Mendoza, kitchen sink drainage is very delicate system. When we received the called we assign Jonathan as Plumber on Duty that day right away because everybody needs kitchen to make dinner for family. Couple tips: - put all food left over from dishes to food container - Sponge the oil and grease from frying pan with paper towels first and then wash it - If you have kitchen carburetor run a lot of cold water when motor is running Nothing is so important for us, plumbers, as your review afterword. Saturday-Sundays plumbers work hard to get serve everybody and make weekend less stressful for our clients. We have plumbers who are not only professional but very positive, and friendly to keep your family out of stress because of circumstances. As we can see, Jonathan did a great job! Thank you, Ian, for your review on our performance. Sump pump is the motor, it works with no attention but need maintenance once n a year. Sump pit has to be cleaned before fall time and spring time. Don't forget sump pump works when sump pit is full, it you hear noices coming from the basement non-stop, you better check right away what is the reason for this. If it's rainy outside it will be normal, but on sunny day I will recommend you to open the lead and check if any debris get stack under movable float. Call us if you will need any assistance! By the way, have a great time on your vacation :) Drain pipe has to be checked periodically (once in a five years) to avoid roots infiltration, soil settlement, connections breakage. We use cameras which specially designed to check the condition of the pipe from inside. Unique equipment needs a lot of experience to be helpful. Out plumbers are trained to make right diagnostics. Not every plumber knows the underground structure, a lot of plumbers cannot even assist customer when they meet drain problem. We train licensed plumbers to use unique equipment; draw the drain structure underground, technicians has to work many years with drain pipes underground before they will start to make diagnoses.

We have to install and be inspected right from the first time, inspection is one of warranty. Plumber double check all the installation before finalizing, but Inspector is our second opinion. He checks the installation, he corrects if needed any changes. Plumbing is very complicated system, that's why we keep only licensed, professional plumbers.
