We hired, Georgia of Georgia Oborne Interiors through Oborne Contracting for design consultation. Georgia was such a pleasure to work with and was extremely professional. She helped us with our kitchen and bathroom remodel layout, fixture, tile and appliance selections and provided us a full home colour consultation. Her pricing was extremely fair and her input was invaluable. Georgia also recommend an amazing a painter that we ended up using for the entire house. Oborne Contracting did a fantastic job with our kitchen. They lowered the cabinets to a more convenient height, constructed filler to bridge the resulting gap, and put in a new hood. They took great care with all of the finishes, and left the work site very clean each day. The job was done quickly and at reasonable rates for time and materials. Communication was fast and professional. Thanks John, Vito, Jeff, Yasser, and Ryan for your work.

Got Oborne Contracting to install a dishwasher which included cabinet work, electrical and plumbing. Jeff was very professional in his approach on site and I couldn't have asked for a better job done. Considering the challenges of space constrain in installing the dishwasher Jeff went above and beyond in his 2 days on site and executed the job perfectly. The quote estimates were spot on and I will definitely be using Oborne for my next upgrade project.

I would definitely recommend Oborne Contracting. We were very impressed with John's knowledge and professional manner during the initial screening phase of finding a contractor. John made a number of suggestions that we ultimately incorporated in our final design. The reno was completed on time and looks fantastic. John and Jeff were great to work with and Jeff was meticulous in his work detail and keeping the job site clean. They completed everything they promised they would do and followed up to ensure we were fully satisfied with the project.

Oborne Contracting went above and beyond to make sure that I got a custom-made movable kitchen island during the current supply chain shortages of this pandemic. Not only did they help with the initial design, but checked in to make sure the job was done to my liking and within a reasonable time frame. Oborne Contracting are honest, reliable and make sure the client is happy with the finished product. I recommend them to anyone and everyone looking for help with remodeling.

Oborne Contracting did a project reorganizing the layout of my second floor. They took out a load-bearing wall, enlarged the bathroom, moved the laundry upstairs, removed several closets, and opened up the stairs. The whole process was very smooth, communication was great, and they kept the workspace really tidy. The finishes were beautiful, including patching hardwood and detailing on the railings. John and Jeff were great to work with! Highly recommended.
