    Replaced two 8' windows in living room

    Brock Windows did a great job measuring and insulation went with out a hitch. Installers were fast and efficient cleaned up replaced trim and removed old windows from site, very impressed

    Window replacement

    I had a mud room door, family room and 3 basement windows replaced by Brock. The 2 installers were efficient and cleaned up after the work was done. We are very pleased with the install. Thank you

    3rd time

    This is the third time we used Brock. We had 9 windows and our front door replaced. Good price and the contractors were professional. I recommend them to all our friends and family

    Window Replacement

    We just had our 7 upstairs windows replaced. We have used Brock now 3 times and have always been satisfied with their work. Installers were efficient, friendly and tidy. We highly recommend Brock Doors and Windows.

    6 New Windows

    Just had 6 windows replaced (4 different types, 5 triple pane). It was what I would call a "tough" install - brick to brick in an old 1920s double brick wall house. It required a ton of deconstruction and all new inside moldings on a hot day. They came on time, got the work done far quicker than I would expect and did a massive cleanup taking away a complete front yard and driveway of debris. I have since painted the moldings so I got a good chance to inspect the quality of the installation. So far we are quite happy with the new windows and think overall it was amazing value in light of the work involved.

    Window replacements

    Very pleased with the installers, very polite, accomodating to our time line. Did a super job and cleaned up after their installation of our new Windows. Arrived on time and worked hard to complete the job on time. Would recommend this company any time for a well done job.

    GreenOn Rebate Program Installation

    The follow-up during the installation was much appreciated, shows that they are willing to deal with anything that comes up at anytime. We live in a century home so the framing around the window was nothing fancy but it was in keeping with the look of the rest of the house. With the installation of brick to brick we weren't sure if we could reuse it but they were very good at what they do and were able to work out an excellent solution. They also needed to do additional metal work on the outside on two of the windows (we just had that metal work done last year by roofers that we weren't too keen on) the replacement work they did was beautiful, so happy with it.

    Kitchen and Bathroom windows

    The workers were great, fast and efficient. Took time to answer my all questions and address my concerns. Left my house clean. Planning on using Brock again for future projects.

    VERY POOR WORKMANSHIP AND DON'T STAND BEHIND IT

    The installers knew there was a structural issue but never told us and went ahead and installed a sliding door that is very crooked and looks like its going to fall out. We asked many times for them to come back to fix it but they refuse. We have withheld the cost of the door from payment and they are now pursuing us. This company is FAR TOO BIG AND CANNOT BE MANAGED PROPERLY. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AS THEY WILL WALK AWAY FROM THE MESS THEY MAKE OF YOUR HOUSE.

    Great experience

    I had all my windows replaced in the house. Phil was extremely knowledgeable and patient with explaining the features of the windows and he helped redesign many our window openings to maximize viewing pleasure. Mykola lead a wonderful installation team. I was impressed that the company sent out independent staff to review the job on site to ensure it was a quality installation. I would highly recommend this company.
