    Door Replacement

    Last week we had our front door replaced by Brock. We had a great experience from beginning to end . From the helpful advice from the seller, to Eugene our installer. Eugene did an amazing job, has a great sense of humour, very professional, and is great asset to the company. We are very happy with our new door, as it has exceeded our expectations. Thanks Brock

    windows by Brock

    I was greeted by the job manager Stefan for window installation. The crew was Viktor, Tyler and Adam. They were professional efficient and courteous. Would highly recommend them to anyone.

    Replaced all windows in my home

    Had a very satisfying experience with Brock Windows and Doors. The process of replacing all the windows in my went off very smoothly. From the sales person to the installers, all were very professional. I highly recommend Brock for your window and door replacements.

    5 Windows Installed...A good experience

    I had 5 windows installed by Brock Doors and Windows in June 2018. The process was straightforward from start to finish. Before selecting a window company, I researched the companies and types of windows products on the market. I obtained quotes from 3 companies and Brock’s quote was in the middle. I liked Brock because they offer a wood frame (which I prefer to vinyl) and a Canadian made product. They were able to answer my questions about the window options and installation process. In addition, I appreciate that they are an established company with an interest in upholding their reputation by providing a satisfactory customer experience. The window installation took about 6 hours for 5 windows. I did have to ask the installer to show me how to operate the windows and remove the windows for cleaning. I also liked that the company was in constant contact by informing me about the pre-installation process, the install date, follow-up calls/email, along with information for my government rebate (no longer available). Since the installation, I have received compliments from friends and neighbours about my windows. I’m glad that I decided to get them done. Now I can open all the windows upstairs and experience airflow in each room. Based upon my experience, I would recommend Brock Window to my family and friends.

    Replacing all our old windows and patio door

    We had spent considerable time researching the best , most energy efficient materials now used in manufacturing windows and doors. The costs quoted by some companies were prohibitive. Brock Windows' literature caught our eye and we were very pleased with the courteous, helpful way the staff handled our inquiries and our order. Our new windows were installed this week and we are very pleased with the results.

    All New Windows

    We recently had all of our windows replaced by Brock. From our first point of contact with their sales rep a few months ago to the follow-up call once their windows were installed, Brock has exceeded our expectations. Their sales rep took the time to explain our options, and provide a detailed quote. Their communication around installation was perfect, letting us know in writing how to prepare and what to expect. They called the day before to check in, and the day of to see how the installation was going and then the day after to make sure we were happy. The install crew was quick, professional and clean. All in all, we were very happy with the experience.

    Awesome windows and a Great Install!

    Both doors and all our windows... high quality. Installation team led by Sokol Bace was amazing. Completed the entire job in a day. Great clean up and they too pride in their work. Highly recommend.

    Bay window replacement

    Brock Windows is a gem to work with. From Sales to Service.. they have been great. A few hiccups with scheduling but all good in the end. The installers were clean and great to deal with. No mess left at all. The office staff is already working on my green ontario rebate. I don't have to do anything other than a few button clicks. Now that's service.     New windows

    Brock did a great job with our windows. We ordered the triple pane ones in order to get the rebate and they helped us through the whole process. The installers were so friendly and worked so hard. We were originally told that the install would take 2 days but the guys worked so hard and were able to complete the job in one day. They kept their work area clean and were very professional. I would recommend them.

    Bedroom window replacement

    They arrived right on time, and were very informative. The work was done and cleaned up before I knew it. My window looks amazing and my daughter loves it. The frame is a bit bigger , bring on the sunshine.
