My husband and I did a lot of research leading up to this investment before we chose Brock Windows and Doors for their excellent reviews and quality of windows. After visiting their Scarborough and Whitby showrooms we were convinced that this was the high quality we were looking for. The showroom staff were knowledgeable and helpful, demonstrating how each window worked and the advantages of different styles. From there we moved on to a quote.
Mark came to our home and took his time answering all our questions honestly and in debt until we were fully satisfied. At no time did we feel pressured into making a decision. He gave us a lot of good advice regarding the different styles and colours available. We eventually went with black exterior and fast forward.....couldn't be happier.
We were told that the windows would take a while to come in. After Mark (another Mark) came to measure, we got an appointment for install around 8 weeks after placing our order. We were informed well before the install of what was required of us, as well as a few reminders the week of.
Now for the best part: Steve and his crew showed up exactly when they said both days. He and his crew worked non-stop in the summer heat for two days. What impressed us most was the professionalism and courtesy shown by him and his crew, the cleanliness (Steve had someone following all cuts with a shop vac) and the attention to detail (perfect trim joints). It felt like they were working as they would in their own home. We have two young children that were very curious about what was going on the whole time. Never once did I hear an inappropriate conversation or curse word uttered. So impressed! After all, this was a job site. Steve and his son Brandon also took the time to give us some advice and ideas as to how to proceed with some future renovations as it pertains to working around our windows. Very honest and trustworthy guys!
We were contacted during the two days a few times by Brian and Mark asking how the work was progressing and how satisfied we were at the time. Of course glowing reports all around!
In conclusion, this was our first big investment into our home and we can't be more pleased with our experience with dealing with every person from Brock Windows and Doors. From a customer's point of view, this install went flawlessly. Everything we ordered came in exactly as measured and fit, and was installed perfectly. We will highly recommend this company as the best window/door company to deal with.
