    Windows done well!

    Brock made our recent renovation relatively easy! We ordered and replaced 13 windows and our front door. Their workmanship is neat and clean. The crew were reliable arriving when expected and completing the job on time. The end result is wonderful!

    WINDOW REPLACEMENT

    I had 30 year old widows that were rotting, that required replacement. So I had 8 brand new triple glass windows installed in my home. The job was completed in 1 day, with very little clean up. I was extremely satisfied with the quality of the windows and the finished product. I would definitely recommend Brock Windows to others.

    New windows install

    Very professional service, happy with the three bedroom windows, master bathroom window and the walk-in closet window windows, also had the kitchen bay windows and insert replaced the installers were very good and efficient, would buy from Brock again.

    Windows!

    Decided to replace the majority of my windows(10)/ mine were about 20 years old and were terrible. Got 3 quotes and decided on Brock Windows after looking at reviews and because they supply the Northstar brand which is absolutely the best! Scott W. was a great sales rep and most helpful. The installers, Mike and his teammate were so patient as I asked a LOT of questions...lol. They were fast and efficient and I couldn't be happier! Thanks Brock Windows!

    New Windows

    We had three windows replaced and are very happy with the finished product. From the sales rep right threw to the follow up emails their work was very professional. The installer was on time, did a great job and did a very good clean up. We would recommend Brock Windows & Doors to anyone looking to replace windows Terry & Shirley

    Replacement of Kitchen and Bathroom Windows

    We replaced bathroom and kitchen windows. This is the second time we have used Brock Windows and we were impressed by their efficiency and we were entirely satisfied with their performance. I would definitely recommend them to my friends.

    Installation of front door and all windows

    After seeking quotes from other companies, | chose Brock Door & Windows as I was able to view the quality of the product at their showroom. The installers Matt, Rico and Corey were very professional and pleasing personalities and were very obliging. They cleaned up the place after the work was complete. Even the office staff were very co-operative and returned my calls/messages very promptly. A very professional company with a high quality product. I will definitely recommend this company to others.

    Patio door

    I love my new patio door. The Brock workers did s good job. Explained all the workings of the mechanisms of the door. Cleaned up all the materials tools in a timely manner.

    Kitchen and two bathroom windows

    I had the kitchen and two bathroom windows replaced with triple glazed slider windows. Only Brock has slider windows that conform to the Green On Rebate program. The windows look great and function beautifully. The installers were friendly and efficient. Steve was very helpful with the application for the Green On Rebate. Too bad that the program has been cancelled.

    Five Windows Replaced - Bedrooms, Powder Room & Stairs Landing

    This was our second time hiring Brock Windows to have windows replaced in our home. We knew we were in good hands with Brock from their excellent reputation at being the best. We knew we had to replace five bedroom windows as they were original and extremely drafty during the Winter. The timing was applicable because of the Green On Rebate. Steve provided us a quote and did not pressure us to sign on the spot. He also explained to us the Green ON rebate program and took time to show us pictures of various styles of windows. The time we had to wait after purchasing the windows, taking window measurements and having them installed was not very long. We were quite surprised. On the day of our window installation, Ziggy and Cory arrived at our home at 8:45AM and finished the job by 2:45PM. They were very efficient and thorough. Ziggy and Cory were also very neat, cleaning up after installing each window. They even assisted us by re-installing blinds on our stair landing window that is difficult to access. We are pleased with the work completed. We are now waiting for our Green ON rebate application to be submitted for processing. Keep up the great work Brock Windows!
