    Window and Door Replacement

    A wonderful experience from start to finish. The story begins with Brian coming to our home for a visit. He is very knowledgeable and detailed. We travelled throughout our home. He provided good insight to some changes to our windows (casement where there were previous fixed and creating bigger picture windows). Brian throughly explain the Green Ontario program and the help which would be provided by Brock. Setting up the appointment was spot on to the timing which they had given us. The installation team was great! They work hard all day long and they worked long. They ensure that the house was cleaned up sufficiently by the end of the day and windows were cleaned off. Overall, a great job done by Brock. Definite recommendation of their service.

    Change of Windows

    My husband and I moved into our home last year, the house is about 14 years old and still had their original windows. The seal of the windows were gone and condensation was starting. A few years back my parents changed their windows and used Brock. Brock did a wonderful job then, so we decided to go ahead and use them also. Of course the crew was wonderful and we would highly recommend them to anyone.

    Window Installtion

    I used Brock Doors & Windows for my installation. Overall i am satisfied with the experience. Installation date was as promised. Workmanship was also good.. Quite satisfied with the install.

    Oakville

    My front windows let in so much cold air I had to double “ shrink” them in the winter, patio doors had to have insulating drapes on and the other window frame had warped so much I had to put duct tape on it in the window to keep the air from blowing in. The new ones are fantastic, open easily and well sealed The installers were excellent, cleaned everything up when they were done, and were very careful not to bang anything around the. I’m extremely happy with their service and the results

    15 Windows and patio doors replaced

    Our house was built in 1985 and all the widows and patio door were from the original builder. All the new windows and door are from northstar they are excellent quality and we are very happy with product and brock doors and windows.

    Window installation

    Installers were very professional!! Used protective coverings and cleaned up all of the mess in each room. The installer had an eye for detail and Ensured the job was completed properly. Excellent communication between the measurement team and the sales rep. Unfortunately after a year of use the windows did not perform as promised. During hard rains, water would seep into the window track on the inside of gthe window. IN cold temperature, ice would appear on the corners of the interior of the window frame. The company rep came to inspect the windows and the install and found no issues. Therefore the windows we purchased in our view did not meet our expectations. We replaced all of them in July of 2020.

    New Build - Patio Doors and Windows

    I had heard the Brock Doors & Windows advertised on the radio, and thought to give them a try. I Dropped in and met "Matt" and was immediately impressed with the greeting I received, he was very friendly and a wealth of knowledge and the great showroom made my decision that much easier as I could see everything we talked about. From Ordering to delivery was seamless and was arrived earlier than expected, the delivery team was super helpful and took great care of my order and made sure we were 100% happy. The overall experience of buying Windows and Doors can be daunting as it is a large financial commitment, but my Experience at Brock was excellent from start to finish and would not shop anywhere else. Do yourself a favour if you are in the market for Windows and Doors... Visit Brock!

    Could Not Be Happier

    We needed new windows. Our 100 year old house still had the original windows, it was not good for our hydro bill, and we were rarely able to open them to feel a breeze! Brock doors and windows came highly recommended and the reviews were positive. We looked through the brochure, and really liked the options for window choices. Got an estimate done, in a timely manner and booked the installation date. A few weeks later, the contractors arrived and did a review of the home and window openings to see what they were up against. I was expecting the price to change because the age of the windows and the complexity of working on an old house (old brick etc.) but there was no change in price. I still had my hesitation about how the installation would go, again you never know what to expect with these old houses. When the day came and the contractors arrived with the custom built windows the contractors were polite and very friendly and they got straight to work. In one day they were able to do all 11 windows, cleaned up after themselves, took all of the garbage and old windows with them, and they really exceeded my expectations of how the windows would look and how the install would go! The windows themselves are very big, clean, and are clearly built with care and pride. We are very satisfied with the work that was completed!

    Front Door and Front Window

    Great customer service. I shopped around for a few months and although Brock was a little higher in price the salesman Brian was so patient and knew his products. We went to the showroom and Brian again had so much patience we were there a few hours and we were treated like friends and not just clients. Brian was Fantastic and the installation crew were great as well took their time and very patient. Highly recommend Brock Windows!!
