    New front door installation

    We had new double front doors and a storm enclosure installed. Brock was excellent every step along the way. The first contact consultant was patient and knowledgeable. The removal of the old door and enclosure and the installation was on schedule. The installers were professional, pleasant, clean and fast. The finished product was excellent. I highly recommend Brock Doors and Windows.

    Professional and thorough

    I would highly recommend Brock Doors and Windows. I purchased two exterior and two storm doors and received professional and thorough service with each person I dealt with. The person who took my order clearly and calmly explained all my options and did not miss any small detail. The installation was clean and very precise. They were all very pleasant to deal with.

    Replaced Bay Window, Casement Window and Patio Door

    Brock Doors and Windows recently replaced our living room Bay Window and family room casement windows. A few months ago we had the kitchen window and bedroom window replaced. We also had the sliding patio door, garage windows and back door replaced at that time. I am very happy with the new windows and doors. I really like the internal blinds in the doors because there is no need for any additional window covering so it has a clean modern look. The casement windows are really great too because there is only one latch and the handle folds down. Our other casement windows had handles that stuck out - and these are so much better. Our Brock Doors and Windows sales rep Steve took the time to explain the different options available. The customer service staff were helpful and resolved issues promptly and to our satisfaction. The installers were clean and efficient. We will definitely call Brock again.

    Window replacement

    We needed 2 large windows replaced with a 'drop down or bottom up' feature. Brock's representative understood what we needed, provided guidance around the options, and delivered exactly what we were looking for. The installer was professional, arrived when he said he would, and the work was very neat. When we have a need, we will call them again.

    New entry door system.

    I ordered a new double entry door and a 6 ft X 5ft widow for above the doors from Brock. The ordering process was seamless and went very smooth. Once installed this door bacame a focal point for the home welcoming in prospective buyers.

    Window Installation - entire house

    Brock has completed the first phase of new window installations on our property with a total of eleven windows – nine more to come. We signed the contract in September 2016 with installation originally scheduled for November. However due to an unforeseen conflict with an overseas trip we asked for it to be deferred to January, 2017 and yet again to April, 2017 to avoid winter months. We are extremely pleased with how they accommodated our ongoing rescheduling requests and equally impressed with Brock’s customer service for follow-ups and care. They have installed triple glazed North Stars windows in our house and the work has been done in a most professional manner without rushing the job. The same people who measured also installed, so handoffs issues were avoided. Everyone we dealt with from the sales person Scott Wells, to the installer Harry was competent, knew their stuff and met our needs. The back office people were equally thorough and understanding from the office manager Betty Lou to the project coordinator Ian McKnight. We would definitely recommend Brock for their expertise, and product quality. They were not the lowest quote but in the end perhaps best value. We have given the contract for phase 2 to complete the rest of the house. Scott has been awesome in offering a deal to match phase 1 of the contract despite the changes we have made and the price increase over six months. Bottom line, these guys are excellent in the product and value they deliver. 10/10.

    Kitchen walkout

    We replaced our floor-to-ceiling windows with a set of sliding patio doors. Mike was very knowledgeable about the product, and suggested garden doors. They look great, and the installation team did a fantastic job!

    windows

    April 11,2017 The installers arrived Ziggy and Cory to put in a big front window and 2 casement windows. Again the guys were professional in what they do courteous amazing job cleanup a breeze you wouldn't know they were here but they were awesome job guys!! again thank you Sandy Berkley the salesman from day one very helpful and informative and to all parties involved again we thank you Brock windows again for an amazing job well done.We will highly recommend to Family and friends thank you !!!!

    New Entry Door and Mirage Screen Doors

    I just had a new entry door, new hardware back and front and two Mirage screen doors fitted by Brock Doors and Windows, I could not be happier with the work and everyone I dealt with from the beginning, very courteous and helpful with everything. My front door is just beautiful, I love it. I would definitely use Brock for any further work I need and recommend them to all my friends.     Door & Window installation

    4 years ago we had all 6 of our upstairs windows replaced by Brock and we were so pleased with the service that we again went with Brock when our front & back doors needed to be replaced. Philip was knowledgeable and he did not attempt an aggressive up-sell, which I appreciated, and Stefan was skilled & professional at the installation stage. The whole experience was positive and I would unhesitatingly recommend Brock for doors & windows. Thank you for your work. (Rebecca)
