    Window replacement

    Thanks to Brock Doors and Windows for the excellent service. The advice at your showroom and at consultation was wonderful. The install team did a very professional job, clean and nicely finished. The windows look great. We have had a variety of weather already and the improvement is noticeable. We are very pleased.

    Brock windows warranty window replacement

    We recently had our main living room picture window replaced on warranty after it lost a seal. A number of year ago Brock had replaced all the windows in our home, and when we called about this window we were put in touch with Jenn, a Service Coordinator. Jenn was great, she asked for some photos of the window and was quick to communicate by email. She made arrangements for replacement glass, arranged an install appointment with us, and followed up to ensure everything went smoothly. The two Service Representatives who showed up to complete the install, Nick & Alex, were terrific. They were punctual, polite, courteous to our home, and finished the job quickly and professionally. They were done in no time, and everything looks as good as new! Thanks Jenn, Nick, Alex and everyone at Brock!

    Front side and patio doors

    They were a great compliment amy to worknow with. The salesperson, BrIan came to our home and provided us all the information. Stevie from the office told us when to expect tgem. The contractors, Harry and Jorge came on time, we're courteous, informative and went aBovey and beyondo to ensure we were satusfied. I would recommend them highly.

    Repeat Business

    Nothing better than trades and service providers you can count on. I had Brock replace all the windows of my 1908 Palmerston Blvd house about 6 years ago. They did a great job and they still look great. When I needed a new door for one of the units, I didn't think twice about calling back Brock. My rep for the windows was Kevin who has since been promoted to Sales Manager, which in itself is a testament to the quality of the employee and the desire for him to grow with the company. My job was handed over to Brian, who also did an excellent job. Door looks great and pricing was what it needed to be. Thanks everyone!

    Windows

    I have had nothing but praise for the professionalism of the Brock franchise I dealt with on Orenda drive. The windows are looking great and are very efficient. I would certainly recommend this team to anyone.

    Brock Doors and Windows replacement windows

    Thank you Brick Doors and Windows. Our replacement windows are fantastic. From the initial consultation to the final installation, Brock Doors and Windows was courteous, knowledgeable. The installers were prompt and respectful. They laid down tarps and cleaned up afterwards. They even fixed a problem area without extra charge. We would definitely recommend Brock!

    Whole House Window Installation

    Stefan was great and professional. He did a great job on installing the windows and is very particular about his work. It is eveident he takes pride in his job. I would highly recommend Stefan and his team from Brock Windows.

    Replacement of windows

    All representatives from Brock Doors and Windows we dealt with were courteous, efficient and very helpful. From the first consultation to the installation, we are very pleased. The installing crew were prompt, respectful and repaired a problem area. We would highly recommend.

    My Bathroom Window installation

    I had Brock come to my home for an estimate which turned into a deposit that very night. We opted for a triple pane casement window for our bathroom, which insulates the room without having to put drapes or blinds. It was a custom made window so it took some time to be ordered and manufactured but still arrived earlier than or sales rep Bill gave for an estimated time line. As soon as the window was available customer service called to arrange the installation. Our installer showed up (early) and dropped runners throughout my home to protect my floors. Kamar is a really happy person who works hard, polite, and efficient. Asking right before he started if the window was still where I wanted it before cutting into the wall. From arrival at 9am he was out of my driveway by noon (he even closed my gate and picked up the debris). He even went over my invoice with me to ensure I received the product I ordered and all items were accounted for and installed. He dropped by 3 days after the install to shave down the insulation at the frame of the window to ensure a finishing touch. This is a company you want to invest in for service, you defiantly get what you pay for and won't regret it.

    New Garden Doors

    The crew has just completed the installation of our new garden doors leading to the deck and we can't be happier with the results! This is the second time we have used Brock Doors and Windows to upgrade our home. The first time was in September of 2014 when they replaced all the basement windows (original 1961 single pane wood frame on hinges). We had no hesitation in calling the sales rep Sandy when we decided it was time to replace the double doors. As he did with the basement windows, he was at our home as scheduled, discussed our desires and helped us select the doors we want. The installation team was out to the house within a week to measure for the work. The doors arrived as promised. The work was done very efficiently and in under the estimated time! THIS is why we returned to Brock Doors! Thank you so much! We will be calling again when ready to replace the front door.
